Don't listen to this dude, go true to size or go half size up for hiking because compared to tor ultra, this one is bit smaller.

These are def the EG ones. you can kind of see the ripstop fabric if you squint hard enough. You can also see the stitch on the side of the left pocket that only EG fatigues have.

pretty water resistant tho! to my knowledge, the only way something can be labeled as "waterproof" proper is if it has a lining that would make it truly waterproof (goretex)
