I’m not sure if it’s poor quality recording instruments, or intentional artistic direction, but the warbling of the instruments amplified the melancholy of this song a hundredfold.
Wow this is a rare one. I can't believe it's not in my soundtrack collection. I recall this fondly when Shin tells Kenshiro of what happened to Yuria before jumping off his tower to his death.
Not sure if my memory is just a bit stupid but it feels like almost every anime I watched as a child had a song similar to this at sad or tragic moments.
@carlosroberto366 Yeah, I think mine is ripped from a vinyl recording that's pitched up. When I uploaded this I didn't have the Premium Best MP3. I didn't find any other uploads of this song back when I uploaded this because nobody puts enough tags in their videos, so you'd need to know that the actual track is called "Hiai" to find it.
@Ironsharp wow ripped from a vinyl? :O that was a surprise to me In any case, just like you mentioned it took me a lot of time to find this track as I didn't know the name of it and the uploader has loads of HNK tracks. Well, thanks for the efforts mate :D
Finalmente l ho trovata, la canzone che accompagna l'addio tra Julia e Juza...ed entrambi sanno che Juza andrà incontro alla morte affrontando Raoul... commovente e triste (ep 97 "corsa verso la libertà")
@MrAcast84 yes, so are all the vids from that guy it seems. But just as Ironsharp said the name of the song is Hiai, I bet you can easily find the album somewhere else.
