Ah it's tough bro since market fell just 3 days ago and I was aggressively churning my portfolio Also I can't take names of any stocks as you know why. So I can only talk about sectors. But fmcg it and pharma arengood bets if world goes to shit

The best and most reasonable fmcg company right now is LT FOODS p/e of 17-18 and last 3 years profit growth is 29%, sales growth is 18%. Thats quite reasonable. Over time when p/e expansion happens..then companies with low p/e give more returns than growth companies but in longer term
