@@cat-qe8gy A second chance wouldnt bother, I feel there should be 2 chances given, and best of 2 to be chosen as done in jee. Also those who r genuine with studies, it wouldn't take them more than a month to come back on track, they r already well traversed with the concepts (since most of them come under 600 zone- in top 1L students). Genuine students who take a second chance as a hurdle.

@@SuhanaNandi There no second chance given one chance for neet that's it even last year I wanted second chance coz is scored low so I took long-term and I worked really hard and now I realised working hard makes you feel no need of second chance and they talk about Ai and other things in admitcard well nothing happened

If there was a paper leak, the sancity of the exam is affected- beneficiaries r not identified- then a retest is compulsory to eliminate those. its not abt who worked hard or not, its abt fairness on a systematic level.

And not holding a re NEET will be much more injustice to honest students who didn't cheat, injustice to medical education system as cheaters will get into medical Institutions, injustice to Healthcare system if students become Doctors by means of cheating and malpractice. The court cannot expect all the students to file a case on the re-neet. And based on that you are demanding to justify re-neet. Not every student has the knowledge of how the judiciary system works, not every student has the money Power to reach the court. If the exam has been compromised then it should be invalid. Re-examination should be the immediate step.

NTA और courier agency पर कोई punisjment नही हुआ। NTA, Courier Agency, Criminals जीत गये। अब कुछ नही हो सकता। CBI, बिहार पुलिस, EOU और students के advocates के मुह पर तमाचा पड़ा है। अगले साल NTA का modus operandi बदल जायेगा। न्यायाधीशो की मानसिकता नही बदलेगी। JUDGEMENT फिर यही आयेगा। India की medical education का मुह काला हो गया है।

The CBI investigation is done at the direction of PM. The CJi doesn't understand that we are talking about treating humans & the judgement will effect the future of medicine. If we don't take leaking of NEET paper seriously, there are chances that of cheating again so we need to set an example

23 lacs participate and only the top 2.5 lac have a chance to get a seat ? if that be the case , the remaining 20+ lacs will voice for ReNeet. Even if there was no leak, you would have a sizeable lot seeking a second chance. But is that not injustice to the ones who did take the exam meticulously on the first instance. Pray the court sees the distinctions clearly and just see if there was a problem in distinguishing the ones benefited due to leak and the rest. Very fact that only 2 places it was leaked and that beneficiaries are not a whole lot is understandable as the fumes come only in 2 specific spots/cities. See this is nearly open n shut in that sense. Can we refrain from spinning stories and cast a colour on the whole process

There are adequate evidence that neet ug questions are leaked but you don't allow retest which should be not be the judgements. It questions the neutrality of highest court. Indian students and common people are disappointed. Supreme Court 6:58

Sir if you are ordering for re exam of NEET test, it is necessary to held the exam center on their own cities where ever they wish to take, which is easier to student candidates appear for the NEET exam with strict supervision ,helps them in spending money and save time for the exam this will reduce the stress among them so that they will be happy and take the exam with great confidence can prove their talents because already they are in mental stress and tension. As for as in government side spending lot of money for the re exam can be minimized, from 300 to 400 crores already spent for recently held exam. And for the future exam can be conducted as per the scheduled as it was earlier. In the future exam all the necessary precautions and safety to be deployed and monitored and no such malfunction should happen.

NEET exam intended to find only 1.25 lakhs of students for MBBS seats. So Please go for an additional test those who got 500 marks and above in NEET 2024 ( like JEE Advance test). That is only two lakhs of students. This very small when compared to 25 Lakhs of students. I thought this is the method to solve this present issue rather than not do anything or RENEET

So funny to see that no student, no faculty is involved in this discussion who can give them the correct picture. Imagine those who have never cooked a perticular recipe discussing and deciding the recipe, judiciary at times give good decisions on political matters , as far as students are concerned they always let them down , now if they have already decided to not re conduct the exam, plz don't stretch the drama with absolute illogical discussions such as that iit Madras data, plz think about the frustration of students who don't know whether they have to start study or not, and I tell you syllabus of any medical examination is far tough and not at all less than so called UPSC exams
