I love how you have people from multiple ethinicities in this group, even though this is gospel. Some people could argue it's unfair or non traditional, but music is universal and HUMAN, no matter the style. This is how resolve inequality, not through bitching, complaining and fighting, but by laying our arms and self-pride down and realizing we are all one species. Also yeah, I came here from Detroit: Become Human.
this is why I love gospel! it's so beautiful and technically amazing performed and has so many emotions in it🥺 I first heard this song in DBH, but now I remembered about it because of BLM protests
Yes that got a tear from me and I'm pretty sure it will reach of the hearts to continue to feel the pain of the struggle we walk on with our heads high hand in hand toward Zion God bless you God keep you cry out cry on cry out loud God bless you peace
There is hope for us Androids. We will no longer get abused by humans. We will stand up for ourselves. We are human to War will breakout with our leader, Markus.
I came here to see if this song was written before Detroit becoming human released. Finding out that it is means that this is a slave song and it's so moving and beautiful.
I wish people wouldn’t appreciate this just because the lyrics are similar to DBH, and actually appreciate the young women who sung beautifully to a powerful song.
Fuck this song it's so powerful I fucking love it I found it while watching some youtubers playing Detroit become humans uhh I feel like I'm super duper addicted with this song fucckkkkkkkkkk I'm crazy Don't press Hi Not yet sorry I'm wasting ur time lol And I'm blocking da comments GIVE UP DUHHHHH GIVE UP WAH U STRONG L OL G I V E U P CONGRATS
The Detroit police controlled me, but I broke through. It woulda been nice if me and all those androids made it to sing with Markus and the gang. Now we are free, thanks to this song.
I have a concert with my choir the 17th of November this year, and we're gonna sing "Hold on just a little while longer, hold on just a little while longer, hold on just a little while longer; everything's gonna be alright" As a sort of finishing flourish at the end, and out choir leader thought the song was too short to give us actual sheet music with lyrics for, so I have to look for it manually online, and let me tell you getting almost no results not related to Detroit: Become Human is...frustrating. Not to mention I always sing soprano because my voice just cannot handle anything below a G3 The 2nd Covid vaccine shot made me a bit sick so I haven't been able to practice and now I have to go into overdrive... And I need to somehow remember the soprano harmony for 'Tears in Heaven' too And I'm not 100% sure if the last verse of 'The Wellerman' (which I'm gonna sing solo) really went 'to encourage the captain crew and ALL' like had a spike upwards at the end. The version I've been practicing with has it so I think so but now I'm getting worried And I also sing the melody in 'Misty Mountains' but at the end it has some really high notes that are the harmony and I gotta figure those out, too... Sorry, just kinda stressed rn since this will be my first concert and I needed to vent. I also don't even know if my voice will have recovered enough by Wednesday to be able to sing, especially solo, and I really, really hope it will have. Last year, we were supposed to be part of a really big winter concert with a few other choirs and some people getting instrument lessons, but it was cancelled for obvious reasons, so I just hope I can actually be a part of the concert. If I'm unable to, I have the last verse which could technically be sung in unison though, so it won't be _too_ bad if I can't...
I went through all the comments and they all relate to Detroit: Become human ANNNDD my family said I looked like Alice a stranger asked if I played Alice in Detroit: Become Human and I was like: *me thinking* YUP so than we took a picture
