Stay tuned for radio traffic, phone calls, written reports and BodyCam recordings. My apologies for the poor video quality. My main cameras overheated and shut down so this is video from an older back up camera.
I'm sure that report will mention the person who reported to the officer that you were screaming... unless he made up that lie himself in which case it wont be mentioned.
@lynnsavoy1694 agreed. Police admittedly have been breaking law. It is an actual law. Not one they have just created out of air or a city ordinance that does not agree with the law. These cities should be held accountable.
@@jerry3579depends on who you are, if you’re just a homeless person with no platform.. no one will listen to you and no one will care. That’s when they get away with it
I e-mailed the Atty. General of Florida & told her of the multiple violations that Jeff has recorded over the years & why doesn't she address this issue? As expected no response; not even an acknowledgement that she even received the e-mail. This corruption starts at the top & filters down. Ron Desantis allows this to happen on HIS watch. Can't blame anyone else for this tyranny.
They're admitting to criminal activity and nobody does anything about it. What's truly bad, is they continue to judge others and make them into criminals which the state does acknowledge. Imagine going to court where the people judging you are all criminals. That's the state of our criminal justice system today. We can all see it in this video and many others like it in real time. There are cops that openly claim they don't care what the law says. How are they self-admitted to injustice individuals still cops?
I wonder if you can have a class action suit for the city continuing to violate many citizen civil rights, based on the police stating he has written many, many tickets for this very thing and has won in court. That means this city has a histat ory of illegal violation of civil rights. It means that there is a record of all the ticket sof tressspass and soliciting have violated the civil rights of all these citizens. This is a big Red Flag or corruption or poor training and supervision. When a cop doesn't know the law and is proud of the fact he has violated civil rights over and over, is not a good employee, certainly bad police ethics.
I know! I was in McDonalds the other day and the ice cream machine was broken…kid behind the counter said the same thing. It’s almost like an employee is an exact representation of the organization itself….
I can’t believe how naive he is. A corporal on top of that. We’re screwed. He would have no problem taking your guns away. Violating your 4th if he thinks it’s for good. Gonna take alot of work to get thru their thick skulls what the constitution means.
Corporal realized he was wrong but tried to hide it with last minute directives. A cops ego is so overpowering that it will never allow them to walk away without a directive.
"It's no skin off my back" says it all. Until police officers are held personally responsible for their violation of a citizen's most basic rights, we will continue to feel their tyranny.
Agree. There needs to be a system where cop families receive corporal punishment for each violation their cop relative engages in. A few broken teeth on a cops grandma given to her by a congregation of the community and suddenly they might shape up.
Yep, it's that attitude that prevented him from apologizing also, especially since he fkin lied that he has trespassed people from government premises many times and it was appealed but held up in court. All coproaches are liars and parasites on society serving their puppet masters.
Yep. Damages awarded from suits against them and the departments should come DIRECTLY from the offending officer's paycheck and or pension. Garnish all wages they earn. Also, SUBTRACT the money from the department's fiscal budget. Maybe if departments actually LOSE funding, it will motivate HR departments to fire offending officers.
...and that being there to exercise your rights IS legitimate business. Just because you don't have paperwork to file inside doesn't mean what you're doing is not legitimate business.
This is absolutely sickening, that they admit they they have successfully terrorized and prosecuted people unlawfully. They are openly breaking the law.
The eeediott corporal I've given all kind of citation to a whole bunch of people I know what I'm doing. *Moments Later he walked away to go cry in his police car because he got embarrassed..
But never forget the case law that allows them to lie to you. That’s why I use a text to speech app when dealing with cops. If they want any information from me they better not cuff me or that will force me to remain silent. I’m basically unable to communicate orally due to aphasia from a stroke. Actually not speaking is more of a blessing than a curse.
Hope he can quote the case law and which Judge overruled the 1st Amendment . I smell bull. Look forward to the 911 traffic and see who was making false reports . Will the cops be interested in that ?
@@TotensBurntCorpse You mean the HOMELESS people asking for spare change who got locked up and their possessions confiscated who was looking at spending months in jail before they even saw a judge....those charged people who plead guilty?!
Officer on camera admits he has violated the rights of numerous people and "it's held up in court". Well--sort of. What he means is that no one they have arrested knew the law and could not afford an attorney. The next arrest they make will be their undoing.
I love how they always copsplain that "City Hall is private property", until they are corrected. Then they move on to "Causing a disturbance" followed by "Failure to identify", and finally "Resisting arrest". In fact the next time you're told "This is private" you should retort "Ohhh I love that one! Do 'disrupting business' next! woo!"
curious about the disturbing business comment. are people allowed to disrupt businesses? like if customers don't go in because they are offended by a pan handler outside the business? does that make sense?
@@fmm3487If you don’t want to go into a building because someone, somewhere in or around the building is using their legal, constitutional rights in a way you don’t like-that’s definitely not disrupting the business or the fault of the person. You have a legal right to wear a turban. If someone won’t set foot on the property to pay a bill because you’re nearby with a turban, you’re still neither breaking the law nor causing the disturbance.
It boils my blood when people lie when requesting the police. They said that Jeff was screaming at people on their way in. That’s where the biggest crime is of this video is. 🤬
It is always concerning to me the number of government employees that will purposely lie to the police in order to get someone in trouble for doing absolutely nothing wrong or illegal.
Not to mention the police officers who will act on hearsay rather than factual information. Police are either not taught to PROPERLY investigate anything, or they are too LAZY to actually conduct a proper investigation. Also, they SHOULD already know that panhandling has already been ruled on by the SCOTUS.
Yeah, shocking corporate money is "free speech" but officers claim standing on public property holding a sign and stating "god bless the homeless Veterans" is not only trespassing but in violation of local laws against pan handling and solicitation.
Thank you North America for dumbing down the use of the word Nimrod… now it is derogatory slang, whereas it used to mean… Nimrod, also spelled Nemrod, was a legendary figure, described as “the first on earth to be a mighty man. He was a mighty hunter”
My city was sued for every panhandling ordinance they dreamed up and lost in court every time. Their best one was a registration to pan handle and making them buy a lanyard. Got struck down, they can stand anywhere and beg for money as long as they're not impeding movement or chasing or beating anyone, most just hold a sign. Some druggies stand out side of stores but they get moved to sidewalks off the property.
The cop's paycheck is the same whether he is right about the law or wrong about the law. There's no incentive for being right because there's no consequences for being wrong.
USC 28 sec 241, 242 USC 42 sec 1983😮 holds thoes acting under color of law, liable in their personal capacity for violating any right or custom protected by the constitution, laws, federal or state.
It never ceases to amaze me how these tyrants are *SO* cocky about violating civil liberties. They will do it as long as the lawsuits aren’t coming out of their pocket.
Because there's no accountability. They basically have free reign to disregard any laws governing their behavior and just be as violent & corrupt as they please, after all.. who's gonna stop them? You can file complaints & lawsuits, but at the end of the day the cops mostly walk away like nothing ever happened and they'll keep on like they always have.
These ate all symptom, the Cause that our civil right, and constitutional rights are being trampled upon is because of what factually transpired in 1999. There are SOLUTIONS to address this evil and corruption. "The Last Flag Standing" documents the facts, and the Solutions!
Government workers can be MUCH more stupid than the average employee and still keep their jobs. And regarding the poll: one could argue that Jeff’s videos actually serve as an informal poll to determine exactly that question. It seems the vast majority believe city property is private property.
Despite all their threats and claims that this is illegal, *they impotently walk away without doing anything.* They had no authority to stop you *and they knew it the whole time.*

I like how Jeff always asks them to get the city attorneys and mayor involved. Good way to get a big lawsuit if they do go forward with an unlawful arrest.
That tyrant went from "I don't need to think twice about it" to "you're allowed to be here" real quick. He was so sad that Jeff didn't comply with his false authority.
To the untrained eye, it's tempting to think the man with the sign got lucky. To Jeff's longtime listeners, it becomes obvious that every statement has a precise meaning and purpose. No more words than necessary and no less, just the right ones.
It's like when you get pulled over for speeding You can acknowledge to the officer that he was within his rights to pull me over without admitting you were speeding For example Officer says sir, you were doing 85 in a 75 And then you say, Really? I can go slower See how that works? You're not admitting that you were speeding with letting the officer know he was justified in pulling you over Honesty goes along way on both sides
Actually, according to the SCOTUS, Jeff WAS lucky......it relates to "Limited Public Forum". I don't want to go into much detail but you may want to Google it. If you get stuck and can help you out.
“I’ve done this before, it’s not a big deal to me, man… It’s no skin off my back, alright? I get paid by the hour.” This is the problem with policing and proof that there is absolutely no accountability.
Per the plan. If the covidicy has note awakened a person to the reality that these people will follow ANY order given...well, there's little hope to awaken them. Maybe the direct 'back the blue until it happens to you moment.'
They said he was yelling at people. Every time these public employee clowns get told that they don't have any authority to restrict a citizen's movement, they resort to lying to the cops. At what point in time will we see any of these miscreants get punished for lying on an official police report? Whether they write it down or verbalize it, it's still filing a false report and SHOULD be a punishable offense.
No body lied to that cop. He made that up. If he thought for one second that he could arrest him for disorderly conduct he would have looked at the video that he said was recording.
"Hello, 911. What is your emergency?" - "Yes, there is a homeless man outside with a sign and he is screaming at people that he will murder them in their sleep with his brain if they don't give him money and he's hitting them with his sign and slapping children on the forehead." "Well send down our most abusive officers right away, please lock the doors and perform your active shooter drill. Godspeed you brave American!" - Meanwhile, Jeff is calmly saying "God bless the homeless veterans" and wishing people a good day while he makes sure to not block foot traffic.
LEO's are allowed to lie, and we must put everything they say through that filter. Its a shame, because it poisons every interaction with them. LE unions should be advocating for legislation that abolishes the acrid influence of the SCOTUS decision that allows LEO's to lie for 'investigative purpose'. One side benefit is that we get to see which LEOs will voluntarily practice this vile and uncivil activity.
"This is where where the public engineers are, this is where the public gets permits , this is where the public gets water and gas." I live in a town in America and City Hall is where I do all that!
It's truly concerning how many people within the government, operating on city property funded by the public, appear to be ignorant of the fundamental distinction between public and private spaces. It's baffling to witness individuals working for the public who don't recognize that the public has a rightful presence in these areas. Their actions often constitute a violation of their oath to uphold the constitution.
Not ignorant, arrogant coward tyrants that expect more compliance due to the power our great great great grand parents wrongfully gave them. If you back the blue, this and worse happens to you.
I think it plays into the fact that "public servants" do not see themselves as such, they don't work for you, even tho yes, in the abstract, they do get paid by taxpayer money. But fundamentally, they don't believe they owe the public anything. Especially police who are basically a force onto itself now, they don't answer to anybody and they make up their own rules & laws that they then enforce anyway they see fit. They really like trespassing because it's so easy to bullshit people about it, but also because it allows them to justify practically any level of force, up to and including deadly use of force. Just claim any space is "private property" then demand people identify themselves and leave the property under threat of arrest, or just skip past demands altogether and go directly to force.'
"Acquired ignorance" can help create a much smoother workday for large numbers of dull people who somehow get themselves into a slot on taxpayer funded payrolls.
Quit giving government workers the benefit of the doubt. They know full well what public property is and don't want the public there for reasons they know and don't want the public to know.
They never admit they were wrong. They instead just walk away after giving the mandatory list of things not to do, like "don't block entryways" and "don't eat yellow snow", "stay out of the road", "don't scream, don't yell". This is because they are liars. They will lie and never admit their lies.
Man, you handled them perfectly. Never seen such a turnaround from smug "beaten in court many times, means nothing to me, its rock solid" to "umm actually nevermind haha oopsie goodbye"
If only they'd actually say "actually nevermind oopsie." They never do. They pivot to some other meaningless directive just to save face. Sometimes it's "just don't block the sidewalk," sometimes it's "just watch out for traffic." This time it was "just don't yell at anyone."
The change in demeanor amazes me, night and day. The power of recording and knowing your rights, and the shit pants fear of being exposed when they figured out that Jeff is not a simple "homeless guy", he is indeed one of "those people" with career killer in hand, a camera.

What do you mean? The corporal was as cocky as he could be. He _knew_ what Jeff was doing was illegal and that he could cite and trespass Jeff. He didn't go in to confirm his understanding of the law. He started interacting with Jeff on instructions to shoo him away. Since Jeff wasn't shooed, he went back in and asked if the people at city hall wanted him trespassed. They didn't say no because it'd be illegal. They said it'd be too inconvenient to fill out the proper statements to make the trespass "official."
Did they learn much more than 'treat civil rights campaigners with kid gloves'? It pains me to say that I really doubt it will change their behavior toward people just living their lives.
I can guarantee that nobody from City Hall actually told the officer to trespass Jeff. The officer just had a bruised ego when Jeff challenged him, so he said that they want you to be trespassed. He wasn't expecting Jeff to say okay, trespass me. When Jeff did that, the officer had to put up or shut up. He went inside, and then came back out with his tail tucked between his legs and had a pathetic excuse
I was watching a court case the other day. It brought joy to my heart. This one police officer did a false arrest just cause the suspect was a black man.
