Commenting at 9.44. Ego can also say that they ignored me so I have to make them take notice of me. The same act you mentioned Didi of going to them and greeting can be done out of ego. Some people crave attention and they go to any extreme to get it; even bend for that matter.

My Aamma(grandmother) couldn't switch on TV she used to ask me every morning to switch it on and switch on pravachan channels ... Since my childhood I used to listen and it has become my way to deal everything with what you all are teaching .. but then too some times I am not having strength to deal with few expression or tones .. then I started doing shambhavi mediation now regularly it is helping a lot .. without pressure of anything or we can say without having to hold glass always it really feels great .. I wish Everything become light and great on energy Omh Shanti🙏

If you want to speak to someone..please go and speak and don't keep on thinking why the other person doesn't speak or do this...To let it go is very hard.. people can't leave things.. people always depend on other person to make them happy.. it's not like that.. if u are happy within you don't need anyone to make u happy ..u will be fine about what u are getting instead of what u are not getting.. having Contentment is the path towards peace ...
