My husband used to be like him, when ever I was cooking something he was in the kitchen with me we would laugh a lot and he would always help especially when I was cooking for a big holiday dinner and the night before. He has been gone for nine years and I miss him everyday. Watching you both brought back so many good and sad memories at the same time.

We love the brie bites here at our house. However, instead of doing the crescent rolls, we go ahead and by the frozen phyllo cups and put the brie in those in our mini muffin pan! Delicious!

Those potato medallions are brilliant! All the yumminess of potato skins without all the scooping! Plus cooking both sides, they look just wonderful. Wrote that before you mentioned the restaurant ones. 🤣 I’m with you on piling the sausage & cheese higher. 😀 I love brie,and those little brie bombs look SO tasty! Thanks for sharing these recipes. Melted Brie is a treat and then to mix them with apricots and pecans. Yum! I've always topped my full round of Brie with preserves and wrapped it in pastry. The pecans would just put that over the top!

Take a wad of paper towels like 6 sheets, saturate them like dripping and put them in between you and the onion. The gases from the onion will go to the wet paper and not your eyes. I just did this last weekend. It works!!!

I used to have a co-worker that would come in the office in the morning and describe the delicious restaurant he went to the previous night. His descriptions literally made me hungry first thing in the morning! ....Both of you taste testing your recipes remind me of that! ....you should put a cook book out with recipes or have your own show....because I know I'm not the only one that is going to try them out!

I've made the apricot bites before and added a bit of jalapeño juice to the jam before adding. Adds a great flavor - not too hot.

You can also do sweet tater bites the same way. Peel the sweet potatoes, slice them a tad thinner, brush with oil or use butter spray. Air fry until almost done, then switch out to the broiler with brown sugar first for a few minutes. Stay close cuz it will scorch. Pull them out, turn off the broiler, top with a marshmallow, slide them back in and let the heat melt the mallow. HEAVEN!

Love the Brie bites recipe. Try this one….Sub the apricot for cranberry sauce (whole berry is best) and sub the pecan for walnut and add a little rosemary. Delish!!!!

If you don't have Auntie No no seasoning, you could probably season those potatoes with a packet of ranch dressing seasoning. Then you will have Cheesy Ranch Scallion Potato Medallions. 😂🙌🏼

These look amazing and I bet they taste amazing too. The only thing I would change is that I would pipe the sour cream onto them for presentation. It would likely lose its form after a bit from the warmth but it would still have a little more even coverage. Either way, though, thanks for the great recipe
