OK..... Look like some things have changed since my last stay in November of 2023. The scrambled eggs (1:57) are in a different location, as is the bacon, but the eggs look so much better. The restaurant manager and I had multiple conversations about watery / runny scrambled eggs being served. In this video, they appear to be cooked. The restaurant uses paid employees and cooking school students too. The dried fish at 2:33 appear to be untouched. As a Kano.... I am not sure why anyone staying at this hotel would chose dried fish instead of one of the many other offerings... I am not sure what day / time of day this video was taken, but in looking at the many dishes of food that appear untouched, I find that not a good sign as to restaurant popularity... but then in the end of the video I believe you said Sunday... and perhaps 2-4 tables occupied, makes me think you are there at 6am.... All in all, I really like the hotel and breakfast offered.
