Years ago I stopped by Ben Peters home to pick up some of his songs to consider to record. It was such a pleasure to meet him and he was so kind to me. Among the songs on the tape was "Just To Be Loved By You" which I feel in love with immediately upon listening to it. Later I understand that Charley Pride recorded it on RCA Records. Ben will always be remembered for the wonderful songs he wrote, and his down to earth demeanor.
