Here I am, posting this little POSTCARD FROM PUGLIA over a month after my actual holiday 🙈
Well I felt bad not sharing with you the breath-taking places I got to go to during the last week of August -they were truly worth the visit! So before stepping into the next season together, let me catch up with you guys and take you on a lovely walk down memory lane..

Brings back fond childhood memories of a family holiday I had here in the early '00s. First time I tried ricci (sea urchins) was in a seaside café near Monopoli. Was a real life changing experience for me, not least because it set me down a path of becoming an Italian chef (my mother's a Londoner of Sicilian heritage).

Wish you had zoomed out on the map a bit more or shown at the start exactly where in Italy it is. Sure I can google too but it would be cool for the flow of the video.
