Holley did a good job with Systemax, but that stage 2 does the job for me. I'm very satisfied with mines. The tb tunnel was a surprise! Keep up the good work, Bigdogs.
@@pimpovic2 we have them and posted customers results comparisons on our Facebook business page. Our stage 2 explores bettered the Systemax 2s, Track heats and rpm2
Hands down it's the Explorer GT40. It's design allows for the most throttle body tunnel flow to be obtained plus it's runners are the easiest to shorten and modify
Hay fellas, nice work, I must say! How for a Windsor duelplane that flows 180cfm's or better? One to match my ported AFR enforcer 195 heads that flows 194cfm's!. Carburetored. That's for the good work!! 👍
Because we already know it. Also the velocity on a running motor with be different depending on the size of the motor and rpm. People tend to over complicate simple things. That's why we focus on showing results. We've had some of our haters now try to tell people that we over port but we always tell them look at our ported parts hp/trq gains. The numbers don't lie. We've been building and porting for over 30 years now
We got our stage 2 Explorer GT40 manifolds making more power than a Systemax 2 so if we didn't get the flow and velocity right then they wouldn't do that. We take all the guessing out of the equation lol
Fixing to have the trickflow 190 11r heads ready to send to you and a vic jr intake. Did you want me to do a before and after dyno vid before I send them or just send them to ya

@@79beans347 ok, yes with that cam, cubes and compression it should be making power. We make 530-540hp at tge crank with our stage 3 347 with 10.5 to 1 which is 440-450whp with a T5 on a Dynojet
@@bigdogsportingtonyb2833 yeah that sounds about right I've made some changes since that dyno actually I had a China intake on it that I ported and have since put the vic jr on it that I ported. I had a out of round tire that was beating the dyno to death and driveshaft ujoint was vibrating so bad that I couldn't get over 40 on the way home. It said bye bye on the dyno so I'm sure that hurt me a little on power and mufflers that were restricted so I've got all of it straight and wanting to try these 11r heads out . But I will have to put them on with the vic jr dyno it then take back off and send to you let u port it then put back on and dyno it to get the accurate results so it's going to be a bit of work to get the comparison videos but willing to do it if you could hook me up
@@79beans347 most definitely. We will really take care of you. Get that baseline dyno video to us and we will hook you up big time. Our content providers get a huge discount
@@badlilstang not at all. 99% of the time these manifolds crack even in stock form is due to over tightening them or using a spacer setup that was not level and they get pulled to one side when tightening them. This is exactly what we don't recommend using spacers. We don't port areas too thin so please do say things that's not true. When ported thousands on these Explorer GT40 manifolds and installed many and if we were doing something wrong then they ALL would have cracked. The first thing people do is blame the part when they do something wrong lol

@@CRZ_GT so is this all you are going to is bash us on what you think you know about out porting?? Just because we don't talk about it doesn't mean we don't incorporate port velocity. Look at our results. Sbf 10.5 to 1 363 pump gas, mild solid roller, with our stage 3 ported Super Victor carb manifold 650hp/510trq and never dropped off all the way to 8,000rpm. Both the Customer and dyno facility were shocked but not us.
