Same, that happened with me when I grinded with my Quincy account and got reset all the way back to level 8 even though before I was level 40. I'd just report it in their discord server, if it doesn't work then just try grind back up. It's a big bug that they still have to fix that has been going on since release. Anyway Goodluck with grinding/getting your data back.
