My granny had 12 children one had Down’s syndrome quite severely she worked everyday and raised all kids with no benefits so she doesn’t need that money it’s not fair to take peoples money

"Heated" debate? They were so civil and listened so well from the absolutely jaw droppingly beautiful blonde to the guest to the guy. She says she’s addicted to having children. No, she’s addicted to the free money that comes with them. I would like to ask her a simple question. If there was no such thing as social security benefits at all (as it was less than a century ago) then would she have had so many children? In other words, if she had to work 60 hours a week in order to feed them would she keep having more children?

If you want to have all of these kids, make sure you can afford them in the first place. Just like having a car, a home, your food shop, your bills, you need to work for those things, minus the exceptional few who can’t due to certain limitations and disabilities etc. This woman is a t r a m p

Problem is she is right and she is not doing anything wrong legally even tho morally it's not right. The thing that gets me is she isn't the only person doing this yet she happily goes on TV knowing she will likely get backlash. I suspect she is an attention seeker or maybe hoping to get money out of it which she is for this interview and maybe hoping others will do the same.

Normally I have antinatalist views for (good) reason but I realize most people will continue to have children naturally, but will say there should be a limit of one child per couple and/or single parent. I know it didn't work for China but that's because China doesn't* have many foreigners live and work there. One is enough but two kids should really be the limit and there's many reasons for this.

Hi: this is a long shot but did anyone watch "30 days on the Estate" tonight on ch4? Can anyone explain how this ^ happens and then the lady with 3 sets of twins in tonight's show is living below the poverty line in a dangerous 1 bedroom flat? I know it's 6 years later: is that really the only difference??? (Because I think the oldest set of twins is >6 years old anyway). Im really trying to understand.

While educated people know that they cannot afford more than one or two children at most we appear to be subsidising the reproduction of the ignorant. Hopefully some of her kids will be smart enough to escape her influence and get educated, because she certainly won't be helping. She bears a striking resemblance to the fine housewife in The Meaning Of Life, in my humble opinion.

So true. My educated, hard-working family members and friends have zero, one or at the most two kids because they know that that's all they can afford/have time to take good care of. It's the welfare people here in Canada who have many children, despite having free access to birth control in many cases. They then expect those who have 0-2 kids to take care of their kids financially. Get a job; you'll be too tired to procreate unecessarily.

this is 2016 vid , the law changed on benefits in 2017 due to women like this , where by you can only get benefits for 2 children . You can no longer abuse the tax money for having more than 2 children , so all you new viewers can relax =]

I resent this as a hardworking, working class taxpayer. How is this kind of thing allowed to carry on?! She has worked the system well. Young carers struggle hard. This woman is exactly what people think of tax scroungers. A slap in the face to those that try real hard to get off benefits. I stopped at 2 because i couldn't afford anymore. There are so many like me that, maybe would have liked to consider another child, but knew we couldn't afford anymore. This woman is shameless. Her kids I hope will do better.

Most people think long and hard before even having one child, can I support them, will I be a good parent can I give them the time love and support to be a well rounded happy productive adult able to support themselves in the future. The goverment should stop benefits at 2 children, to allow selfish people who put their needs before the children they already have is insane. To expect everyone else to pay for them, denying funds for areas of society that have no choice, children born with disabilities, children with life shortening conditions who fight for funding every day. The world's gone mad stop these leeches now, they are breeding another generation who will only have learnt how to Rob the hard working majority through their taxes, and like this irresponsible woman make no apologies for it.

Honestly, this woman and people like her are the very reason that I'm single and childfree. Made this decision shortly after graduating high school. Oprah Winfrey is my greatest inspiration for making this decision. She's done so many episodes about domestic violence and women choosing to remain childfree and single forever. So proud of myself for making this decision

She’s able to have 13 babies naturally that’s amazing! 😅 It’s funny, on the news tonight they were reporting about the worrying birth decline, “why aren’t women wanting babies? Oh no!” Then I see this.. “How dear you have so many babies you’re depriving people of care, are you being paid!? How dear you!” She probably needs a nice husband that loves her and can pay the bills, so she can have 20! Anyway I get it’s a bit odd but 1 lady with 13 babies out of the whole of London or where ever she lives. People hate on mothers and then applaud the most mentally challenged ideas, this to me is just a clucky lady because obviously she is very fertile and her psyche is in BABY mode..
