When we made the PBS special called SANDWICHES THAT YOU WILL LIKE in 2002, Holly Moore was like art of the production team. He led us to some favorite spots in Philadelphia and he met us in Maine at Red's Eats. He was a great guide and a down-to-earth but enthusiastic eater. He passed away at the end of July 2017, and we offer this clip as a tribute to our buddy and fellow eater.
