Not a lot of 4 wheeling going on so thought I would share my trip to Hollywood that I was fortunate to achieve through my job.
It was a pretty quick trip but such a cool place to visit!

Hope you had a good time. Good timing as you missed the lockdown down here. I would trade Hollywood/Beverly Hills for the woods and lakes and ATV trails in your back yard any day.

It was a really quick trip, but such a cool place to visit...what an experience! I must admit, it was nice to get back home as I am not a city girl anymore...love my ATV trails and playing around in the bush LOL Thanks for stopping by and checking out the video!

I’m glad to read in other comments that cubbee has improved a bit, I miss going riding vicariously through you two. Me and the guys have tried to plan a day to go out for a few weeks now but we keep getting busy or rained out

I'm shocked that you would rather go to Hollywood than stay in Dryden enjoying the winter & snow ?? Yummmm ... COFFEE !!! Loved that little peek at your early morning pre-flight. That was some trip to get to Hollywood. Lot's of air miles, eh !?!? Nice hotel room in Hollywood. I really liked the balcony too. You saw some really cool stuff while in Hollywood. WOW, that's crazy you had to drive the last leg of your trip to get home. Better than being stuck in Lookout I guess thou, huh !?!? LOL...it was so nice to step off the plane and feel that +20C temperature instantly compared to the -20C when I left home! Those palm trees always amaze me and the green grass was pretty sweet too. It was a long way to go in a short time, but well worth the experience. I waved to you as I flew over Utah...did you see me? Thanks for stopping by and checking out the video Gunny!

We've spent a lot of vacation time in Cali! We MUCH prefer San Diego over L.A.. L.A. does have it's appeal for some folks, but the slower, friendlier vibe of S.D. is much more aligned with Hibbing, MN. ;-) You might recognize that town from comments on your F.B. page in the past... Jet lag no problem for me, temperature zones a different kettle of fish, great if one has a lay over but packing the winter clothes is a problem. If on a direct flight even worse, one either freezes ones balls off before departure or sweats like a pig on arrival. How was wearing heels?

It was so nice to step off the plan in LA and feel +20C temperatures...when I left it was -20C and it has been a relatively mild winter for us LOL I know, didn't know what to take with me as knew when I got back to Winnipeg it would be COLD! Heels worked out ok...missed my helmet though LOL

@@cubbeezx Travel no longer a problem as due to a medical condition travel insurance almost impossible or horrendously expensive, even if limited to body repatriation only! Quite frankly wouldn't care less what happens to my body as not going to know anyway, let the kids sort it out. Spent enough money on them as they grew up and they still raid the bank of Dad.

And I thought a 3 1/2 hour flight from where I live in Fargo North Dakota to Los Angeles was a long time that sounds like a nightmare for you not even worth it in my opinion and you’re lucky it wasn’t happening during this current situation Los Angeles is quiet

I put on a lot of miles and packed a lot of activities into 2 days LOL I rested lots when I got back home. Very lucky none of this current situation was going on when I was there! Thanks for stopping by.

He took a break from his meds for a couple of months to help get his stomach/guts back on track. Set to start meds again next week. We have seen a small improvement so that is positive..very slow going though! Thanks for asking.
