Hasn't changed much in the last half-century (almost) since I graduated. My late Mother, Aunt and a Cousin all also were Alumni. I was in Marching Band and was on the Girls Swim Team (Mrs. Fried and Mr. Pace were Coach and Lifeguard/Assistant Coach). I loved H.H.S.!
@@xavier8445 Hi, well i currently go to hollywood high school, it’s a great school, i just feel our acedemic ratings are pretty low. But many of the high schools in la are pretty low rated anyways. The teachers are great but the environment not so really. Hollywood high needs more care in its campus. Meaning the classrooms, locker rooms, bathrooms, hallways. They have many slc’s, like the performance art academy, teachers academy, and about 2 more. I’m in the performance one, and have enjoyed it pretty much, but only for one teacher which teaches music. The theater teacher is ass, in my opinion. Other than that, I would say it’s up to you, according to what you want to do. You can check out there website to see which academy you want to be in. But there are other schools in la you can enroll in as well.
@@leharpowell9631 I actually currently go to a school where the environment is DISGUSTING so i’m pretty used to that. I was hoping the Performing Arts magnet would be good there because that’s what i’m most interested in but i was also looking into the New Media Magnet as well. Do you know what kind of people go to Hollywood High? Like are they nice?
