Hello Sierra, looking gorge per usual. I also like looking at all types and sizes of homes. I loved this house and was so happy to see you captured the evening view with all the twinkling city lights, that is my fav! Ttfn.
Thank you for the kind comment:) There are so many unique houses here in LA and I like showing the diversity, so I am glad you liked it and thank you for the feedback!
Hello my dear Sierra, again you showed an amazing House and lot with amazing views. But today i have to thank you because you still show all of us nice affordable houses and not only multimillion Mega Mansions. I also love to see that but to see also Houses like that one I really appreciate
Another well done video. Bravo to you and the camera person. I like the home overall. Not a fan of those gray fuzzy looking chairs. I know they are just staging so ...there's that. The price of 2.3 million isn't bad ....I don't think. I'm not a realtor or a banker. :) I look forward to your next showing. Cheers!
@@SierraSchottsTours Awesome!! Cant wait!! Thanks Ms.Schotts!! Can I get a hint on what's going to come? I know it's going to be great as always!! 👍👍❤❤
I like the faucet and I happen to like animals, specifically monkeys. I would definitely buy or adopt a small to medium-sized monkey and use that to entertain the monkey by allowing the primate to climb up and down the sink pipe
Nice home seems like the dwelling unit would have served better as a garage, the faucet is strange but "unique" pricey property for the space but it is near Mulholland Dr.. Another awesome tour, loved the outakes the night shot of the city while you were playing croquet looked beautiful, great video shot by Bryan. Thank you for continuing to share your great work.💛
@@SierraSchottsTours Yes the outtakes add to the entertainment and its fun and interesting to see how much goes into putting your tours together, I personally would love to see the outtakes. 👍
@@SierraSchottsTours 😄 that 1st tour from your return I actually thought you were going to go up that emergency escape ladder, your tours are always informative, entertaining and fun. Can't wait till Sunday again.
@@ojg3760 hahaha I'm glad you liked that because we were cracking up at it! Imagine Bryan climbing up with the camera. This next tour should be a little fun!
@@SierraSchottsTours appreciate the freedom :). upon retrospection, I felt my prior comment was coming across as disrespectful of your channel space - hence i revised it. You are doing a great job! keep going...
If i had this house, the first thing i would do ... sell it. 🤣 On a side note, i would watch you even if you tour a homeless tent in a back alley. I would not enjoy the "your rag door, your piss stained mattress, your fellow rat" content pretty much, but i would watch it.
Where did you guys park for this shoot? The street looks too narrow for any street parking; not sure where your guests would park if they were visiting.
Faucet = Dumb. Nice house, but I could never spend this much on a house with no garage. I would rather have a garage than a guest apartment. It’s amazing how many great views in SoCal are compromised by old, ugly telephone poles! Let’s replace them with translucent acrylic poles….🤑
Sierra you are classy not ostentatious, prepossessing but not trying hard and you are undesigningly solicitous of the quality of your videos...that is why I spend my time watching you
Well, plenty of factors go into evaluating the price of a home, not to mention the market is constantly changing. Rates will also lead to an increase or decrease in prices.
Hi Sierra, good house! The really tall and skinny faucet is looking good but I prefer the regular faucet. I prefer watching bigger homes because I love them. Thanks a lot!😊
Hey Sierra, great presentation once again. Love how the property has a view of the Hollywood sign. Also love the outtakes showing your fun side. Keep up your great content. 😉
Thank you for another great tour, Sierra! 🤗🌻🌞 That ceiling-mount faucet is very handy! If the owner has a cat, it may climb the faucet like athletes climb a rope. 😂
Interesting. You can't do airbnb in LA but if it's an attached part of the house like an ADU you can? Nice modern interior, decent view. I like the grooved doors. Pretty hefty price tag though for not that big a house. If you go by a rule of thumb that you can buy a house 5x your annual salary you need over 400k income to play at this level and can keep that up for 20 years. Jesus.
Hey Dan, it should be allowed if it is your primary residence, but every municipality is different- so don't quote me! Thank you for the comment and feedback!
Great video. Liked the outakes. The faucet has to go. Liked the reading feature in the bedroom. Liked the feature where the neighbors can't see into the home.
🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️ greatt.. 😂😂 I actually bid on this house we were 100 to 50k apart. Cool owner looked the adu cabinet choices would have been a great investment. Owner was a cool guy still love. Still marked as one of my favorites under sunnydip.. I'm waiting for who ever bought it to sell.. give me a call if you ever see this guy's 😂
watching your videos always feels like watching a tv series; very hollywood-y; great job with the editing and just the production quality in general; you still got it 🎥 it probably helps that it’s literally in hollywood, too lol 😋 i really liked this property, i only wish the video itself was longer. even the in-law quarters is just perfect, imo. if i could live in there i’d be one happy hermit. the kitchen areas are so nice, too, especially the sinks and gas ranges. i also appreciate that it’s spacious, but still being compact enough to not feel like you’re going on an adventure if you need to go the washroom or something. feels fancy yet functional/practical~ that ceiling mounted faucet’s ghetto af, though… unique, but ghetto lol
I'm glad you feel that way and thank you for the support like always! My team is fantastic and they work hard at what they do. It truly was a cozy house. Hopefully more like this one pop on the market.
Hi Sierra, I just discovered your channel, and I love this tour. Congratulations! I'm really obsessed with the epic instrumental song in your intro. Could you please share the reference?
I actually like the ceiling mounted faucet if they would have been consistent with it in the house. Just in one room makes it look misplaced. Nice vid, brunette Sierra!
