I've been revisiting the old videos of the channel. And Seeing Enes and Mikey being thankful for their first 1k-3k subscribers and now they have 3.5 million. And this old video almost 1 million views. How much has changed in 3 years. So glad to see how they grew together and the people that joined his team along the way. Now it is all about travelling around the world showing us the art pieces in engineering and construction.
Producer Michael was jus there to make jokes and watch the house but he never takes the viewers along wit him. Alwys talking and making unimportant jokes, he won't even allow Tatiana give us the details in the house. I love the houses Michael Producer brings up but i hate the way he presents it wit Adam. They are jus there to make fun and not to give us house tour BUT you are the BEST in house tours ever and no-one can compare you or compete with your way of showing all the details to the smallest. After you comes Chakits Krulsawat. You guys are my true Real Estate Agents and the Best in the world. Keep it up and please dont deviate from your intricate details. Love you from Nigeria

As a person that completed their architectural drafting cert., but opted not to pursue a career in it, I really like hearing about the structural elements of the homes you and Micky tour. I'm sure there are other subscibers of your channel that also enjoy that aspect of your videos.

I just started watching you and I'm addicted. I grew up in orange county 3rd generation and I'm almost 70 yrs old. I have lived on Lido island Corona del mar ,Laguna beach. Nice homes. Friends in Hollywood hills also. My father would never admit to smog he always say that we had an inversion layer. Ha! I laugh when you say what beautiful views l know that there are clear days l guess you guys just miss them. I love you guys.
Someone wrote a similar comment on anther video saying that they watch other videos like these. You guys have a unique way of shooting your videos and just come across as really relaxed and most importantly, genuine and I couldn't agree more. The great thing about a guide with some experience in properties and real estate instead of some disembodied camera with overhead music is that you point out the nuanced and key details in the house which most of us don't notice. Maintenance info would be interesting, too. HVAC, incoming power, UPS? Smart-home & safety monitoring? Audio system in theater room & rest of house? Auto or manual blackout curtains in theater? HVAC & air filtration in safe/panic room? Cooktop in island is poor design choice, I think, especially with seating right next to it. E.g. grease spatter could be a problem. Auto risers (as for the vent) tend to be unreliable. Otherwise a beautiful home. Thanks for showing it.
Enos, you have a beautiful pacing as you tour/show a home, and I love your eye for the design details that make each home special. I wish your pacing hadn't been interrupted so often in this video, or derailed by nonsense that had nothing to do with the house.
I love the remodel of this home. I can only imagine what it was like in its original state. The indoor outdoor connection is amazing. I could see myself in this home.

Stabilizer shows the house much better as the shot is focused. The handheld provides more personality and charm. If your trying to show and sell a home you need stabilizer. If your trying to charm and warn up your videos, you need a combination of the two. That will require more editing.
Just returned to this channel and am happily impressed by the detail and thoughtful commentary you are now putting in to these house reviews. Great that you include the parking and garage space. Important aspect for potential buyers. This beats the reality tv programs that include more irrelevant bickering than the property details and finishes. Camerawork and audio are great too. The last 4-5 years, I've seen Mt Olympus begin to change in the way that we saw Nightengale move from a typical 60's neighborhood to one of $10-80M dollar homes 10 years ago.

Fantastic video and I really love your presentation style and Mickey's questions. I particularly admire the fact that you're pointing out the unique and individual details about the house. You've clearly done your homework on all the properties which is truly professional. This house, as amazing as it is, but the deep drop by the pool and the fact that it's floating would make me extremely nervous. I would pass on this and look for something that's more 'grounded'. Please keep the stabiliser camera. Oh and the shoes, the brown ones get my vote. :-)
Over the past few videos the filming quality has really improved! If you keep this up, you'll get to 100k in no time. Just a suggestion: why not use a lavaliere mic to improve the audio quality?

Enes it was interesting that all the rooms were on the same level as the living room and kitchen. Why didn't the developers build another level above? Is it because it would block the houses behind them? Also nice watch!
People are attracted to your format because of your ease with each other and ultimately us the audience,of course your ability to engage the architecture and engineering and artisan quality is utterly enthralling. Of course I personally would love to have seen a garden but at these prices we can wish.Here in the UK many architects and builders try to emulate the great designs emanating from California choosing to ignore our thrashing climate.One awful import has been sheets of glass which are next to impossible to keep clean and shiny,the cleaning crew for this house have my deepest sympathy although at this price the cost is not an issue.
