Thank you for sharing this video. I had the pleasure of randomly meeting Robert Easton at the Bookman bookstore in Orange. He was buying a huge stack of books.

I had seen him on so many roles as slow-talking Southerners that I assumed he was just that and no more...I was shocked to find out how versatile he really was. He was a genius!

I had the good fortune of being both a friend and colleague of Robert. I got to direct him at the SPERDVAC convention in 2008. It was a reenactment of an OTR series Suspense, the episode was Mission Completed. We had an amazing cast Chuck McCaan, June Forey, Jack Grinage (Ron Updike from the Night Stalker series) and of course Robert. He played a 'Japanese man named "Suki'. It was like arranging diamonds, it was 'fool proof' casting. Anyways, over the following years as Robert and I tackled other projects together, he would love to call me and as 'Suki'. I miss him so much. He was kind, gentle, caring, and one of the smartest men to leave foot print on this planet. He and I spoke for hours about the Civil War. Encyclopedias would be a weak comparison to his knowledge. If you look up Charles Kuralt The American Revolution here on RU-vid, you will hear Robert voicing many of the characters, including George Washington. I miss you Robert, your fans still love you!

Thank you Timothy K. , Robert was a role model for me. I have studied his work for years and have tried on a very small way to help others with their language and dialect. I wanted to meet him but unfortunately did not have the opportunity. He was the master. I am now reviewing Mr. Kuralt's work on the American Revolution.

Loved this guy. He was in everything. Made a second career for himself as a famed dialect coach.

He was on an episode of Johnny Carson (1979) and was great! He was a guest along with Tim Conway and the amazing Carol Burnett

I just saw him on Gunsmoke as Chester's brother Magnus. I wish they would have capitalized on his character and make Magnus a recurring one. He was definitely good!

Knew this guy from Stingray. I was so sad when I heard he died. They did a big documentary about Gerry Anderson's shows two years ago, and thankfully they found some unreleased footage of him talking about his work on the show, and doing some of the voices he did. It was kinda nice.

I remember him on an episode of Andy Griffith. He was the guy with the long eyelashes. Batting them at Miss Ellie. Another guy was showing off his muscles. And another guy wriggling his nose at her.

Indubitably ! He's hilarious in that 1975 low budget sci fi monster flick (which also featured Barbara Hale & Steve Brodie).

I've seen him in so many roles where he played slow witted country boys. He's far from it.
