As Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World continues with its huge transformation, we head back to the park to check out Toy Story Land for the first time. This expansion to the park is the home of 2 new rides and a re-located entrance for Toy Story Mania along with new facilities and impressive theming.
In this vlog we share on ride POV's from both Slinky Dog Dash and Alien Swirling Saucers along with our full review of the new area. We also ride all of our other favourite attractions at the park including The Twilight Zone: Tower Of Terror, Rock 'n' Roller Coaster and much more. Plus we also share highlights from Fantasmic, a night-time spectacular featuring pyrotechnic effects, various Disney characters and much more!

Great vlog, I went in 1999 and my favorite was the rock 'n' roller coaster. I can imagine it probably would be quite rough now

Great vlog. The theming is amazing and professionally captured. That's a shame regarding your experience on rock 'n' roller coaster, we had some super rides on it as we rode it recently in September also. I think maybe the train or position you where sitting on the ride was the unlucky one. Looking forward to all the future developments at Disney world. 👍

Sad to hear that about Rock'n'Rollercoaster. It's been more than 10 years since I rode it, but I remember it as one of the smoothest coasters I've ever ridden. We rode it six times back-to-back last visit and would've kept riding if the line hadn't gone from 15 minutes to 90 minutes after ride six. Riding that coaster helped me get over a touch of fear and get on a ton of rides I might not have ridden otherwise. Hope it gets the TLC it deserves.

I think the slinky rollercoaster is more about the views than speed but it looks more of a tummy tickle ride to be honest also like you said Shaun it proper looks like your in Andy's back garden its brilliant and the fantasmic show was unbelievable Thank you Shaun and Alex awesome vlog dude

Love your vlogs guys. The Tower of Terror is just the best. On our trip in 2015 we went in the same elevator and sat in the same seats on all our six rides! We are not really into Star Wars and are booked to visit November 2018 so I hope they open Star War land after we left as it is going to be really busy!! Jim and Sue

Hey, Shawn. I feel the picture quality of these videos has improved recently but the motion shakiness is much more apparent, Please mind some stabilization either by software or hardware that would benefit a lot and make the motion much smoother. Love your videos, though. Keep up the awesome work.

I would luv to see Disney pull back on the theaming a bit and put the money in to more attractions. They are going to have to do something to take care of the ever growing crowds. If you're going to open some new areas, get more than just two attractions in it. Great video Shawn!

Tower of terror has been my favourite ride for a very long time and now my 5 year old loves it too ☺️ agree about rock and rollercoaster, it’s a very painful experience 😓

I believe (from what I've read) that Rock n Roller Coaster is actually being replaced by something else in the not so distant future. They are probably just waiting for the rest of the new additions to open before shutting it down.

I know this isn't Toontown but in California when I was at Walt Disney Land I really felt like I was inside a cartoon Disney does a great job with these themes LOL Slinky ride that's definitely a kiddie ride you went on right ?. I'd say all the rides in toy story would be considered what we call in the US kiddie rides you agree?

I hate that last firework in Fantasmic. I was filming the show when I saw it and as I was watching the camera I got blinded by that final firework and I was like partially blind for the rest of the night.

Can I just say I love u your videos totally Rock don't forget while you're in the US pop over to Colorado and go to Lakeside Amusement Park one of the BEST oldest wooden roller coaster rides in the world! And the wild chipmunk has been there I think since the park opened in the 1940s I'm going to say not sure on date it was way ahead of its time!

Which car did you ride in on Rock'n'Rollercoaster, out of interest? I recently rode in row 2, and I thought that it only had a bit of a rattle in places; certainly nothing unbearable, in my opinion!

The coaster is for little kids! I'm sure THEY enjoy it. Second: the Aerosmith ride. What kid even knows who the hell Aerosmith is? I'm a rocker from way back, and I'm embarrassed to tears! Any ride based on this band's actual exploits would be unfit for a family park, but Disney? When are they going to open the Sex Pistols ride? Or Ted Nugent's African safari.

In 2009 I remember when I was 8 I did not go on tower of terror in Orlando because i thought i had to would stand up .Then in 2012 was my first ever in witch was in Pairs now I regret not going on Florida one LOL
