Who even makes or even buys a 12 inch stand fan! How pathetic.

I always clean my portable fans if they get used all the time even if my cousin cleans their fans as well but every time I see fans in thirft stores DUST BUILD UP ON BLADES AND GRILLS and how gross, but even there's dust on the blades i would just clean it up which i really injoy cleaning up my portable fans by the way.
