Gisele is a delightful women, I enjoyed listening to her very much. Unfortunately the interviewer s rudeness made me so angry, I can t believe people like this are allowed to speak to a survivor that way.

What a beautiful and lively 90-year old lady! Thank you for doing this interview. As for the video, it is a shame that this elderly lady was not interviewed in the same room, as her hearing ofcourse is no longer that great. I would also recommend putting all the names, dates etc on the photos beforehand, so that she did not have to struggle with this. And it would have been helpful for the interviewer to have established a few facts beforehand, such as her mother being French and the timeline of the war years. The interview series called First person conversations, does all this really well. Still, thank you again for this interview.🙏

Shes a natural true blonde.i met her at the interview. After the interview we went for some lunch. Her dress was very short. We had some wine at lunch. A lot of wine. We went to a motel room. She is a natural blonde. We rocked and bounced the bed for hours. At 90 she could still move her hips up and down. She co me alot so did me. As I said she's a natural blonde

This was a difficult interview with a language barrier. The interviewer was the wrong one for this Survivor. The survivor was a lovely lady.

I could listen to Gisele speak all day. She's so vibrant and beautiful. I feel like the interview could have been conducted by a more patient interviewer. This interviewer seems annoyed at having to repeat questions, prompt for more information or ask for clarification.

A very basic strategy while speaking to elderly people with hearing loss is rephrasing the same question using synonymous wording. This Interviewer on the other hand fired the exact same words at this heroic Lady again and again, it comes across as disrespectful and somewhat passive-aggressive. Thankful Giselle’s seemed unbothered.

The interviewer doesn’t need to be interviewing holocaust survivors. Very rude. Show some respect.

Where do they get these interviewers? I’ve watched many of these videos and only one time was the interviewer any good.
