already 3 of them played it since today (Matsuri, Pekora yesterday and Korone just earlier) Currently the game is quite holo EN centric so I hope they play it xD

The "Collabs" are a great idea of a variation of weapon evolution. I'd like to see the main weapons have evolutions in the future, as well. There's also the passive items, maybe borrow the same idea from VS and use them to evolve the character-specific weapons with those items (Fauna's Leaves + Idol Song = Nature's ASMR - adds a chance to freeze/"sleep" enemies).
The main weapons have the 'awakening' when they hit max lvl, I think that's effectively supposed to be an evolution for them. It makes sense game design-wise, since in VS it IS kind of a false choice to not complete the weapon evolutions. For example, if you're playing Lama in VS (axe guy), will you ever NOT get candelabra? Why even give players an option when the choice is that clear-cut? Not a lot of point to it. I do agree though, that a lot of the 'awakened' weapons aren't that great. Ame and Gura's are just kind of meh, Ina's tentacle is awful, and Calli's is just bland. Kiara is the only one of the starters that has a decent awakening.
@@concreteillusion9328 until u play mumei hers is pretty busted considering how her kit works 😂 I got to lvl 67 on endless mode and my only collabed weapon was BL+Psycho axe, I had the board and plug in asacoco, had all the healing gear. I also had haachama’s cooking it was basically really hard to get close to me (until ur like high 60-70s).
I always fantasized of a hololive themed vampire survivors clone. I didn't think there would be someone bat shit crazy enough to make it into a reality.

No. It would be with MUMEI's Civilization and History Civilization makes it that the more enemies on screen, the more powerful Mumei's damage. History is.. more enemies you killed makes your damage stronger. Bae only about critical hit and it's also still random. Mumei is a fixed damage boost but depends on the situation. Seems people rare to play mumei because they think it's hard to play as mumei because mumei early game is indeed hard. But for late game, mumei is OP. her passive skill OP and her special skill is the most OP so far. Instant destruction for enemies+items on the screen except the boss. Oh and also Friend collects exp and use weapons randomly. Soo imagine double psycho axe. Or multiple Lava pool. Edit: Matsuri played as Mumei in her recent holocure stream and she got the dragon fire while playing as mumei. And it's indeed OP. Go watch Matsuri's stream there.

I know that Coco already has a ton of collabs in game relative to other players, but we really need a Coco Kanata collab at some point. This game is an amazing community contribution by Kay Yu and I hope that the talents have a craze with it similar to the one for Vampire Survivors. I also hope that the creator doesn't feel stressed to release more characters/content too quickly because of the impending popularity, since they most likely have their own (actually paid) livelihood and personal life to attend to. I would love to see their passion for the project to continue for even more generations to be added.
Just did Kiara run with MiComet. A very deadly combination of DoT, slow, large AoE DMG and DoT + 80% damage boost from Dancer. With passive damage cut, heal and shield, Kiara is extremely powerful by just running around. Cant wait to try her with Dragon Fire.
MiComet is absolutely ridiculous with Gura's Shark Bite too. It hits so many targets at once and hits so fast that everything around me will have 5 stacks of Shark Bite and I can easily outheal the 5% HP drain from the Asacoco damage-boosting item. I can even afford to charge into hordes to forcibly trigger Gura's "short stature" skill for the QoL speed boost
Love to see coco's items are op in this game, even the injection type asacoco is amazing when combined with the nurse's horn, i will say it's the best non-collab combination
Lava bucket is the least reliable build if I’m not mistaken. Psycho axe and asacoco plug is also not that good. But none of it matter too much tbh. Early mobs can be cleared by any weapon no problem.
@@JoelTheOne recent convert to Calli after maining Ame, I’ve also haven’t had much problem with fan beam but admittedly it’s always a bit of a relief once I collab dragon fire and can finally manually control the weapon
There were talking of a “weather hacker” being added on Twitter so I’ve got my fingers crossed that maybe if it gets added it can be collabed with dragon fire and make a nuke or something, that’d be cool
I had an Elite Cooking + BL Fujoshi + Breathe type Asacoco run with Sana earlier. Melts everything because of Sana's area = damage buff lol. I just started playing the game earlier and Sana seems the strongest by far.
@@jonp1952 yeah I also use this lineup, but didn't manage to get the elite cooking because I died by mistake (forgot to activate special). Can say that it's pretty op
I only got to try the shameless BL Fujoshi and thought it was unbeatable. Then I discovered that fire breath here. Quite impressed how it litterally melts a boss opponent in seconds.
If your playing Sana the Elite Cooking collab is a must. The area is so big that enemies stand in 5-10 circles and take a heavy load of damage. And remember, with Sana Area size buffs also increase damage.
And when you couldn't, BL Fujoshi is also a good one to aim. Combined with Sana's Awakened Satellite and Spider Cooking, you're practically untouchable.
my best combo is, BL Fujoshi+Light Beam+Elite Cooking. Literally trying to survive to reach 20 minutes using Kiara, imagine being surrounded by giant Clocks and Saplings that slowly reaching to you. yeah i survive till 26 minutes, and die by giant golden clock, but damn that 1 second invulnerable really safe me getting out from the mob circle.
You mean 16 minute right? 20minute is when smol Ame appear and 25 minute is when all monster appears as giant and runs super fast(only on endless mode).
@@YunH827 nonono, i already passed smol ame at that stage then surrounded for almost 10 minutes, because i have low spec pc so the timer counting to slow. Literally spending 1 and half hour for 26m records to be killed by space worm
@@YunH827 i just come back from playing stage mode, pretty chill when using mumei with full area debuf weapon. Doesn't even need to move and chilling while surrounded by giant clocks and sapplings
So from my understanding, the only weapons to NOT have a second Collab option is BL, Cutting Board, Spider Cooking, and Idol Song? Wonder if in the future they'll add more weapons and more Collab option, or maybe Collab these ones somehow
I wonder what the max collab limit is, if there is one. I just tried running a 4 collab game with Mumei using BL Fujoshi, Elite Cooking, Breathe-in Asacoco and an attempt at Idol Concert but couldn't get the last anvil before I died. With 5 weapon slots, it should be mathematically possible to run a 4 collab game. If there's a hard-coded limit of 3 collabs then that would be unfortunate. So my terminally online status kicked in, and I crunched the numbers. Unless I'm completely wrong about this, and if 4 collab games are possible, the valid combos so far are: 1. EC + DF + BLF + FB 2. EC + DF + BLF + IC 3. EC + BiA + BLF + LB 4. EC + BiA + BLF + IC 5. EC + BLF + FB + LB 6. EC + DF + FB + LB 7. EC + DF + FB + IC 8. EC + DF + FB + IC 9. MiC + DF + FB + IC 10. DF + BLF + FB + IC Making Elite Cooking the most common collab option for 4 collab runs, being included in 8 out of 10 possible runs. BL Fujoshi and Flattening Board are in 7 of 10, Idol Concert and Dragon Fire are in 6 of 10, Light Beam is in 3 of 10, Breathe-in Asacoco is in 2 and MiComet is only possible in 1 of 10. This isn't a commentary on which collabs are better than the others, or which multi collab run is the best. This is just me being acoustic over a fan game's mechanical limits.
I've noticed after making a Collab, the collab is a viable option on the gold anvil, tho I have yet to find anything one goes with. Possible future multi-collabs?
@@NekaCh tip for anyone doing Ina (also a general tip for games like this) (I beat the stage while playing the game for the 1st time), focus on upgrading powers/items instead of getting new ones/spreading levels. The tentacles are aimed but have a large radius, so focus on leveling it to get even more AoE out of it. AoE items (such as elite lava bucket and -garlic- spider cooking) are good with ina because her tentacle is an AoE weapon, so you can focus on getting upgrades to your AoE radius (which affects all AoE weapons)
It’s really cool to see all the stuff already in HoloCure and it’s exciting to think what’s next, but I hope that they add an iOS version of the game so Mac-bound souls like me can play as well
uhh i might be stupid but how do you unlock collabs? ive been playing standard for about 4 hours and have reached 21 minutes but i still havent seen the golden anvil, is it only in freeplay?
How are you attacking sideways at 3:12 while not getting closer to the enemy? I thought you couldn't attack while backing off. At least that has been my experience playing.
After all the sweat and Blood trying with every character and combination, I finally manage to reach the end boss... and I fell very scammed. At 30 minutes exactly the impossible end boss unkilable and with instakill is... SPOILER . . . . . . . . . . Freaking Yagoo...
