I really want them to just dump resources into this and just make it official. I know they're making an mmo, but they're honestly just way better off making stuff like this.
@@goodjoejoeCover actually approached the devs with an offer, but the devs turned it down. They don’t want it to become an official project because they already have other work they’re being paid for; they want this to remain something they do for fun at their own pace.
@@goodjoejoe if it's official then they couldn't include characters like Coco, Rushia or Aloe anymore. Some of their references and items would all be cut from the game.
@@TheAHuman People who can't into proper Japanese "translate" things for others who absolutely don't Japanese, classic. It was more or less "Going to check out/try watching Pekora".
I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of watching people who have no idea what Hololive is play Holocure It’s like rewatching your favourite show or movie with someone who’s never seen it before, it’s fun seeing how they react to everything
My favourite Vampire Survivors streamer discovered Holocure when it first came out and took the time to study all of Myth and Council's first playthroughs because chat wouldn't stop explaining the references to him. I think he's playing the new update now lol
@@OhWaker Apologies, I didn't mention specifically because I know some channels don't like recommendations in the comments. The channel name is Never Nathaniel.
@@Deefry Thanks. I think Koe wouldn't mind mentioning other channels as long as it's in good spirit since he's a fan at heart. Especially if it's about someone else who's also enjoying something Holo-related
@@bonogiamboni4830yep, specifically because him and his girlfriend aren't big into Hololive but really liked the game and played through every character.
My man Asmon related it to vampire survivirs and is enjoying it. No matter what, couldn't be happier. The rabbithole is inevitable for him at this point.
My first collab was Lava Bucket + Lightstick, IIRC... Big eff off flamethrower. I just remember I was playing Ame and her pew pews became a flamethrower and that somehow felt so fitting.
Asmon is great for games like this. He won’t stay around forever but will get a lot of eyes on it. He’s really fun to watch! Think he genuinely enjoys the vampire survivor genre.
I'd support koe being the on call lore reference as asmon plays. But yeah even in vamp survivors maxing weapons is kinda first since the only way to evolve them if through chests so the sooner the better though the weapon also depends on a passive usually so understanding which ones to go for is important.
my first collab i got in this game was breath in type asacoco. I really liked the plug type asacoco, and i distinctly remember trying to pick up the bombs on the ground thinking they were packages for me to pick up.
for some reason i always love it when Asmon calls the BL books Bible when i know what BL means and i don't think he knows or he might just have a general guess
If you want asmon to see the references the best way legit is making a video and getting your community to go ask him to watch the video in twitch chat haja
My first collab was actually Dragon Fire on my 2nd game (I knew that collabs existed but didn't look them up beforehand) and as I got Super Gorilla Paw on the same run it turned out I could upgrade the Dragon Fire as well - so I got Holy Fire before any other collab ;D
Kind of inevitable. While some of his chat will know the game relatively well, it's certainly going to be less than hololive members' chats, and even they don't often give the best advice.
So I've played the game for a few hours now and it's nice and all, BUT can you really just buy all the characters with gold? I was looking forward to unlock characters by advancing in the game. That was like the main goal once I saw how many characters there are. Once I get all of them... I'm done, right?
You still have to unlock all the items, which requires playing some of the characters. After that, "done" depends on what you even classify that as in a game without an actual ending.
@@tienmanhnguyen3422 i recently did Halls of Torment and got all the achievements there. At the end it was just a grind beause HoT only has like 6 or so characters. This Holo game has tons, so i guess achievement farming won't get stale that quickly. Maybe I'll do all achievements.. maybe not. But the game itself is really good, that's for sure.
isit just me or am i going insane seeing mr koe just like skip half of the video LIKE WATCH THE VIDEO GODDAMMIT it almost made me cry i feel like theres something wrong w/ me well whatever good content mi amigo
I am NOT a vtuber enjoyer, I don't really like em, I have watched several clips and realized "welp, this content ain't for me bucko" until I found the Orca one, I don't actively watch her but I don't cringe with her. Now, my uncultured ass thought "hey she might be there" *_clueless swine_* I downloaded the game and after some surface diggin' Hololive is a "brand"... ah, shit... but the game is dumb fun so right now it's my time burner when I don't have enough to play longer sessions
I wonder how long it'll take for some sort of Twitter or Reddit drama to happen due to Asmon calling everyone in the game bitches or assholes n whatnot. Still cool that he's playing the game though
I'm probably the only one, but man it annoys me to hear koe call video quality bitrate. It's not the bitrate dropping, it's that there's too much color information to fit in the fixed limited information of the fixed bitrate.
I'm at the same fence before but after watching him a couple times, he is actually quite endearing. He is not like those total asshole like xQc where his entire demographic are children. I believe Asmon made his own group of twitch streamers which also includes vtubers. Personality wise, he is more akin to streamers like Maximillian dood.
I don't particularly like Asmon's personality but I respect his awareness of the realities of game dev (most of the time). I find the dissonance very curious as his personality can draw a lot of folks who are nothing like him. A great phenomenon for his success as a content creator, though.
