you can pay superchat so you can get a better chance to getting noticed, but even if you pay or not you'll still be noticed and not pay to talk but simply donations and well, super chat, and their not "just" that ,they're simply like any other streamers but has an anon irl identity and anime avatar as their own persona
Well they're like any other streamer, they're normal gals and guys that wether it's for privacy, creative opportunities or both, use an avatar. And as far as the supposed to talk to them part goes in case you're not familiar with streaming in general, there's a live chat everyone uses and if you make a donation you can add a message to it if you want, it's not like people that pay are the only ones they see
