I think the difference between lives and covers that you mentioned is because lives are managed by Cover's technical staff, while covers and original music depend on the talents and those they work with. So In lives, they kind of maintain a quality standard because the same people works on the projects, but with covers and OG music, there can be a lot of variation since management only helps with some things and approves or rejects releases.

From what i understand, The Choreographers based the dance for My Mai Tonight On the dance from Love Live. Which was meant for 9 members, where 1 member would be the center dancer. But since they have 10 in this project, Suisei opted to have 2 center dancers, Chloe and Iroha. Some how they were able to make 10 people work, and it didnt affect the original choreo much

Individual song covers are handled by the talents themselves. Cover company only provides them industry contacts and auxiliary support. Live performances are directly handled by the Covers technical staff. There are exceptions to this with ofc certain originals or big brand collab songs involving much more supervision.

These concerts and stuff happens in the hololive studio, with hololive staff. Covers and other music videos the talents uploads are their own projects.. the girls often outsource the mixing, record not in the hololive studio etc.. Theres a perfectly reasonable assumption that some songs are recorded in 5-6 takes at home with their streaming setup and then shipped to the mixer. And that mixer has to work with those takes, and whatever noise was in the imperfect recording environment.

hmm, I don't think the performance was live, I can conclude that because Kobo appeared on two different stages at the same times (hololive & holostar), also many members did a watchalong for the concert, so I think it was pre-recorded

live karaoke done in talent studio, wich no sound enginer n staff they do a comiss for that talent original song is solo project outside from hololive agentcy, the mixing the instrument the vocal record they do itself by comission except such as suisei n cali with taku inoue if im not wrong. sometimes the official hololive agentcy makes a song group for them this one was done by hololive staff as well . but original song for each talent is not by hololive staff . so the quality is not consistence from each talent original song sometimes in A they're bad (not in something quite good quality) in B they're good because it's done by their comission with higher price who had good quality skills . but when something like big event mostly they're doing a lot of preparetion n it's really comes from the hololive agentcy n staff . ofc the talent do all out for what they can do n practice consistencily . the music intrument, music arrengement, when it's prerecord, lypsinc singing, they do that quite good and because it's comes from official hololive agentcy n staff they're all out . when live concert 3d had live music band they do selecting a good musician band as well . but for origina song of talent (not from real staff n agentcy) wich is solo song from each of them made by theirself, the agentcy is not take in part.

my recomend for this concert is 1. bocchi the rock song risu okayu mel kaela well kaela is not good in here but since she's not quite good in singing it's still acceptable but risu okayu n mel is good 2. subtitle song with moona azki roboco ina is good specially moona n azki 3. slam dunk ost jrock genre with watame cali hakoz is good as well 4. overdose by lui kobo shion group is also good

Bruh.. i thought you watch all the way through.. It's just Hoshimachi Project.. And yeah i still love it, but .......aaaaaaa why..... All the performance really great with the Choreography in it.. DAMN! 😢 Ah, by the way the Camera is not that close, they quite far and just zoom in. Well, sometimes they do that really close but that not bother me at all. 10:18 yeah, hololive has some serious mixing problem as well imo, some songs are unbearable even if the vocals are gud, it's like they decide to fuck the final product up for no reason . (Ehem fire and ice, last frontier and many more) Also i think they decided to record the vocals and dancing parts separately? Suisei and towa sounds dead after team B practice, whereas here they sound pristine.
