5:48 as pointed out by JP commentators, it's actually a meme to say he's "hot" and not an actual showcasing of taste. That's why Korone, who showed her own interest, was laughed at
Why did you use handsome there? If that was the literal translation then Korone would be the only one in the right, women are not described as handsome.
@@gossamera4665 ????? 1. Eiko Kano is a man?????? 2. The term used was "ikemen" which can be translated as good-looking men/handsome men 3. Women can be described as handsome
Korone being that one out of ten doctor in soap commercial Also, she's on a grind, wow... Always goes to the gym and refuse to pay taxes what a sigma doog
Anytime someone mentions Mio laughing a lot, I remember the improv bit with Kanata where she revealed she was the daughter of an Elvis Presley impersonator and a gorilla, and Mio almost died.
I love your TL's so much, there's so much simple yet hilarious editing done alongside stellar and accurate translations too! By far one of my favorite clippers/translators, I hope you keep at it for many more clips to come!
Somehow Korone-chan saying "Bring it ON!!" like she's about to punch someone to death just seems like a casual thing she'd would actually say in a flower arrangement or a poetry contest. ^_^
I love how everyone pokes fun of Pekora writing a poem when they collab with her I know you were considering not translating this due to how Japan centric it is, but I'm glad you did. Seeing everyone's answers, especially Korone's, was a ton of fun, this was a hilarious one! Thanks for the clip!
I'll be honest I have finished it but the thing is I'm not 100% satisfied with it and until I am I will keep changing it, getting annoyed again and changing it lol. Knowing myself I'll probably keep delaying it's release
@@Nekomikuri if you don't mind, could you direct me to which of your video has the same tune? I remember watching it before but after fast clicking several of your videos I couldn't find it. thank you as always for your God's work.
A great work as usual and really applaud your effort for clipping this multi-collab. I can't even imagine doing it as making out who is saying what is already difficult! Just a minor gripe from me: when you translate マリン船長 and ノエル団長 as Captain Marine and Leader Noel, it comes across as a bit..strange? In the sense I think majority of overseas bros who follow hololive already know Marine is Senchou and Noel is Danchou, so imo there's no need for a literal translation. Maybe it's just me though
honestly that's fine. we have the same title with the same usage and concepts in english. this works as a translation and there really is no good reason to not translate it. It is not the same as honorifics with no comparable translation or even how siblings apparently refer to each other so differently than english typically does.
@@asdffsdafdsafdsa7877 yeah ofc I agree, it’s a textbook translation. I’m just pointing out that in the community if u say senchou everyone knows that’s marine. If u say captain, people will be like huh
@@kuity maybe so, I just tried to follow with the official holo ones. Those who know its Senchou and danchou would immediately recognise that. Those new who come from recommended will also be able to get it
