To my ear, which my wife would say is deaf, this sounds closer to the song's tone and feel than any other YT tutorial versions. Not Bon Iver's since he obviously has capo on the first fret, but nevertheless I think you've cracked it, especially without having to restring. Nice.

Why is it in C tho? Wouldnt it make sense to have it one halfstep higher? Sounds good tho

You could just capo the four strings and leave the b and e open

Best thing to do is start watching people's fingers and where they are going , verbal instructions are nice but visual cues like root notes and keys are better imo

Great playing but I found it very hard to understand how to play it. You don't really explain your finger placement or picking.

Nashville tuning has always sounded like crap. It makes a great backing guitar, but if you are a solo singer song writer, the sound will drag you down.

@@alanbarral7175 why ? it sound great the fact it has no tabs is annoying but if u go to speed 0.5 u can listen to it that way u atleast actually engage with the music

It doesn’t matter if it is the most clear and concise lesson ever made. People will still find something to complain about. We live in a day in age where kids think watching a video once is the only option or something. Literally just replay the video on the parts you don’t understand and pay attention so that it will make sense.

There are players and there are teachers....you are a player...you didn't show nor articulate how to play this song and when I went to check out your PDFs to get more detail, I was caught in a loop - I went from your site where I made a donation and was told I would receive the PDFs in my email. My email showed up with a link back to your site with a message that says all your PDFs are on RU-vid...I looked on RU-vid but couldn't find any PDFs...I finally just moved onto another instructor video. Not trying to be a jerk...just giving honest feedback..and you have to get rid of that doorbell sound in this video...made me not hear or see anything you were doing for the last 30 seconds...

That's a nice way to play it, but god damn the tutorial sucks. Include some tabs and write down the picking patter. If that's what you're selling, good luck
