Oh my gosh, that was so beautiful I could cry!!! I love this and I love the Savior Who gave His Life for me. And I have the highest respect for His Mother the Virgin Mary!! Well done, sir, and well done, choir!!
“The force is strong in this one” -Star Wars. The spiritual force of this composition is such that It inspires those who sing it. And the impact on the listener is both spiritual and emotional. I sit here practically choked with emotion with music that penetrates my core where faith lives.
I laughed when I saw your Star Wars reference because I felt the force of this piece too. At first I thought, "Marian hymns are usually gentle and they are singing it much stronger...almost forcefully." But then I realized, this is an Anthem. It is being sung as an anthem. It makes sense and I certainly was moved to tears by how well they sang. Beautifully done. Thank you John Boyle and your Vallombrosa Choir.
Jesus loves you! Jesus is the only God, the only one worthy of our human worship, not Jesus and Mary, not Jesus and Joseph, not Jesus and Judas, not Jesus and the angels, but Jesus himself! Worship the one who made the heavens, the earth, the sea, and the fountains of waters!
