Intriguing

Thank you for this! Very inspirational! I like that it's titled Holy Men which gives a bit of a hint at what the story might be about. What I understand from it is this: the "holy man" emerges from the water in the middle of a very dry landscape. The people stuck in "the box" (the house, representing the literal, physical material world) are an engineer, a biologist, a robot orb and an animal(the dog) apart from the protagonist(a seeker/ skeptic) the big inflated balloon is the "bubble" of ideas and notions we have about our world. She wants to expose the "holy man" and he's portrayed as the villain. While she is looking out, and trying to see through the "smoke screen" of the engineer she goes a bit outside the comfort of the home and she doesnt find anything. After she returns she realises the holy man has creeped up and uses the tunic fork("vibrations of the universe"/ experiences?) to take everyone out of their comfort without their knowledge or understanding. The protagonist keeps swiping away the orb of distractions and goes out to seek voluntarily. In the process of foiling the holyman's abduction she too gets sucked into the forces of life which are out of your control or understanding. She comes out of it "awakened" and is now the torch bearer of the same cycle as she swims away into the waters(she is now in flow) but not before using the fork to break the bubble (the balloon) for the rest for them to also be able to break out of their cycle. Might be a farfetched idea but that's what I love about films like this, the audience participates more creatively in experiencing the story.
