i havent found music to cry to like this, other music makes me cry because of depression and sorrow, I cry because of the goodness and mercy of God, I don't deserve it, yet here I am.
@@anthonyman8008 this is actually a collection of multiple individuals from multiple Christian bands from back in the day, the bassist, drummer, secondary guitarist, I can specify each as I've followed them from days gone by, great to see they've come together (brook reeves and impending doom would be the outcast as they're still doing they're thing, still awesome for reeves to hop in though) these bands all have deep routed backgrounds that lead toward Christian following, might want to do your due diligence before making blatant comments proving you in a less then positive light

I must’ve watched this full performance over 20 times over the last month. I’ve been having an inner dialogue for years about turning my life to Christ, but have always felt I wouldn’t be able to live up to the expectations. However, I’m now at a point we’re I can’t deny it any further. This music has been the soundtrack of my turning point. God bless you all.
@uhtreduhtredsson1721 felt the same way myself and I imagine that many others have denied themselves of eternal life because they felt that they weren't going to be good enough or would never measure up just as we have but let me tell you my God knew me before I was in the womb and created me from flesh and flesh sins and therefore he offered his son as a sacrifice so that we can all have eternal life.
That's why He gave us His grace, we ALL fall short of living a life worthy of Christ; as much as we try. So don't let your fear of failure keep you away from a relationship with Jesus. It's the most important and radically life changing experience you can take/have as a human being. Invite Jesus Christ into your heart today, if you haven't already done it. A friend pointed out the setting of the first musical phrase of the Paschal Troparion is Svan (Georgian mountain district), probably from Vlad Morosan’s sheet music. I didn’t recognize it because it doesn’t sound Georgian they way they inflect it, probably using Melodyne auto tune, which neutralizes the potent polyphony sound by Georgian choirs.

I lost my mother to cancer this year. She was on fire for the Lord in life, and is now by His side. I struggled with faith until her passing, and have my own battles I must confront (as we all do). This video has been on repeat. I am so glad I found this. “Trust God in the tragedies of life”. This hit me like an arrow and I wept when I read that. Rest in Peace Mom, and God Bless you all.

In Brazil, at least, Tidal has only 1 single, but Spotify has the two albums I've mentioned. You should definitely check them. Brian Head also has a solo career and a band called Love And Death. Definitely a must listen.

I am absolutely in LOVE with this band!!! I've been feeling convicted bc coming to Christ this year i couldn't get past loving hard core music... quiting bands like say slipknot,mudvayne,FFDP etc is like me trying to stop eating.. I just couldn't.... Then here comes Holy Name. I can't begin to express how much I love this band!! Thank you God
You don't have to stop listening to secular metal music. Secular anything period. Just don't live for it. I mean I'd get it if it was straight up satanic music like Behemoth or Ghost, even then you can't deny you enjoy something. Just don't live negative, give your life to Christ and repent. Prayer. I can't listen to metal anymore like slipknot or anything secular honestly, the one bible verse that sticks out to me is, a double minded man is unstable in all his ways. I know the holy spirit will help and guide you.
I dare say this may be a turning point in worship. A new definition of corporate worship. Lets call it "heavy worship." Myself too yesterday I had it on repeat, it's awesome and this is coming from someone whose faith has been as close to non existent as it could be the last few years. The last two songs had me emotional and music hasn't made me feel that strongly before.
I found this band by suggested feed and I have never been happier musically. What an incredible lead singer Tommy is and what an amazing band. I have not listened to any Christian music in probably 2 or 3 years and since falling in love with metal this has been one of my happiest days. I have never cried while watching something musically until the final two songs of this. Please don't let this be a one and done album please make this available on every format so people can find it. Amazon, streaming, etc. I'll buy an Lp record as soon as it comes out I see September as a possible release in a couple sites. Thank-you so much for releasing this and for all using your gifts in music to produce this. As someone whose faith has been so shaky and almost non existent the last few years I can't express how much the positive energy alone from this helped my heart feel happy. I am overcome with emotion. Iam on the road of repentance and acceptance that I need Jesus in my life more than ever. Now is not the time to be luke warm. It's all or nothing. There are only 2 choices in this life and I choose Jesus the Lamb of God. All glory and praise go to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

I gave up secular music because I couldn't - in all good consciousness - listen to those constant, selfish messages permeate my core any longer. (And I'm not casting my convictions on anyone, just sharing mine.) I used to listen to mostly metal. Even Korn. But after hearing this, it's kind of refreshing to hear something that feels authentically rock, but isn't pushing a depressing, soul heavy message. Thanks for posting. I am highly impressed with this band I just heard them for the first time not even 30 minutes ago! I've been through so much trials and tribulations in the last couple years I don't even know how I'm still here other than the grace of God! I had a heart attack and open heart double bypass surgery about a month ago! And the woman I love most was at the hospital with me, loving on me and telling me that she loves me! Fast forward to 3-4 days ago, she's telling me that she don't love me that she doesn't want to be with me and just showing me a side of her I've never seen! I'm hoping against all hope that she's just taking her anger out on me from all the debris in her past that she's dealing with! I don't know how other than by the grace of God that I don't argue with her or really anybody anymore? I do know right now I'm going to go see the heart surgeon, I've actually applied to college for the first time in my life, Lord knows I am suffering right now physical pain and emotional since day one I called her my heart I said baby can I have my heart back cuz you stole it she's all I've ever wanted and I feel like I'm never going to get her, I told her I just want to see you happy cuz that makes me happy. But right now I could really use some prayers, cuz I'm starting to cry

Ok very impressed by this band. I'm a man who has listened to satanic metal since 1986. Now I'm 51 and been looking to get away from that negative scene for some years now. It's been hard because the bad music has been with me for so long. Anyway found u guys and now going to listen to this band. The music is melodic and very heavy plus the look is of this band is appealing as well. It's a good positive message about Jesus and that's what I need. Your testimony made me cry at a Demon Hunter concert back when you were Sleeping Giant in Orlando for the World is a Thorn tour. It pierced me through even you said "somebody has to die for this" I'm still crying a little thinking about that night. I left godless porn addicted depressed self worship. I was nurtured in a Baptist church until I was chrismated back in March and am now a catechist and lecturer and manager at a homeless ministry. And seeing ya'll today with Ryan again I am again crying. ☦️

I'm so glad I found you. I was saved not long ago. It's been an amazing awakening and Im learning things daily.. I had gotten Pantera tickets because I've listened to them since I was a teenager and thought I should see them after all these years they didn't tour because of Dime. It was bittersweet seeing the show lastnight. It was like I was saying goodbye to my old self. I felt out of place and not good at all. I wondered if there was rock music out there that praised God..
