This chair was fairly easy to put together, the instructions were clear and I was about to follow along with no issues at all. It took me about 20 minutes to assemble. ru-vid.comUgkx5hPALGI87E991DRmXev8PUFJGrrRcONS I did stuff the back of the chair with a pillow so it wouldn’t be so hollow after taking all the pieces out but that’s just a personal preference. I also added a pillow for lumbar support because although this is a great chair and is comfortable, it’s not necessarily the best if you’re sitting 10+ hrs a day wfh but in all honesty for the price, I didn’t mind at all. It looks great in my space and easily adjusts the height when needed.
If your stuck at 12:51 try this Take the small screw and screw it in the small whole WITHOUT the plastic cover. This will thread the metal since it isn’t already threaded. Next unscrew it then re-screw it back on with the plastic cover
12:50 is a total lie in my book. It took me about an hour to get one tiny nail to screw and it wouldn't. Everything else was find except for that part. Looks like im not the only one either who had this issue. Bad design.

We didn't buy the exact same chair (except for the colour) but it helped us as the instructions were so small. We found that the screws that they told us to use in certain parts were not the right size screws at all, but we eventually worked it out. I'm now sitting on the chair at last. All I have to do now is work out how to attach the foot rest. I think we'll save that for another day!!!!
This video was VERY helpful. There were several steps/pictures that weren't 100% clear in the guide. This video is a great visual and my son loves his chair.
Great instructions! The only issue I had was there were no holes to screw three of plastic covers with. I didn't want to drive them through the leather so I had to leave the covers off.
I spent hours assembling mine cuz they made it more complex since this video and a wack manual with no instructions was all I got. Thanks for the help, because without you I would have spent all night struggling.

Why can't I figure out how to get these rings off the wheels so they will go all the way in :"( *edit* contacted support, the rings do not come off it just needs a little more force then I was using. If you can't make the force make the chair upright and use its weight plug you pushing down on the chair to get them inserted
struggled for about 30 mins to put the screw onto the vertical left cover for the hinges, wound up just grabbing a screw and screwdriver and got it done the cover moves around and is also difficult just getting the screw into the hole without the cover good chair besides that

Not a fan lumbar cushion straps. I like to simply remove and replace alternately during long sit sessions. Just reach back flip it aside and vise versa.
I'm not able to change the height of the chair. The lever wont go up and if i try to move it up without it, the chair moves up but then it goes back down. Please help its a great chair 🙏🏽
The gas lift I received is too small as compared to the one in this video. The plastic cover around the gaslift doesn't stand one on one. How do we put them one over other?
So I got the white chair which was less expensive for whatever reason. I like it but the rocking function either doesn't work or the whole setup is just poorly made. It rocks whether I push in the bar or not, whether I tighten or untighten. Other than the rocking function, all seems fine. It is an improvement over what I was sitting in which was a crappy chair I found at the local dump.
Hello, help please. So my side adjusters don’t line up with the backrest when I try to put them together? I’ve tried to unscrew the side adjuster and find a spot where it can line up with the backrest but I’m not finding it?
the gaslift mine came with is too short, or it's just not all the way out, but no idea if it's possible to adjust it Is it supposed to be long enough after the box?
Same, I was able to move the leather to find the hole. I managed to not use the small screws because fuck the cheap plastic shit covers and it's working just fine
Does the wheel base secure to chair?? Mine just sits in and there is no securing hole for a screw, so when you pick chair up to move up or down stairs it comes apart...
My chair wont go up or down it doesnt look like the adjusting level is even touching anything and therefore couldnt possibly affect the chair's height. Any clues?
