What journalism institutions did they qualify from? Using stock footage to tell a non existent story as the state media is the lowest of the low in terms of integrity. The minister now has to do investigative journalism to get to the bottom of the stories and bring facts into perspective. People are either sleeping on the job or utterly incompetent at SABC.
