Part Two Home Antenna mast for self reliance communications. Continuation on hardware, gear and technique. Just a visual example of what you can accomplish for your comm setup.
I have looked all over the internet and Ebay. The only places that sell the crossover plates are commercial and wont sell to an individual. Can you recommend any place that will sell to an individual? Thanks
An interesting/alternative method of configuring a mast, my only concern is your ladder line antenna appears to be bearing the full weight of it's intended feed line.
just thinking it would have been nice if there were links to the different vids in the comment section since it looks like you have multiple vids going on.
You could transmit also.. I have another video showing acceptable SWR readings. whether its efficient as far as gain in the field, I have not done any distance test with it. Its a Diamond discone.
if that's over 20 feet I would use guide wire just to be safe a good wind without that wire someone could get hurt I would just pick up some cheap bailing wire and away ya go but very nice design I like your idea
@GUERRILLAGEEK I love your videos, very helpful! Can you list all the stuff you used and where to buy them? I can never find poles at lowes like the ones u used! Also where do we find the beads and the donuts? And what website do u find those brackets? Thanks bro! You are really helping those of us who are new to this hobby!
