The black wire (Phase) from the device should be on the output of the fuse. Because at the moment if the monitoring device has an issue the black wire will melt until it burns, because the fuse before the monitoring system is much larger.

That is good observation!. I rewatched the video in order to make sure I have it correctly. In my case I have input from above and output on the bottom part. I am not a fan of connecting devices before the fuse even if in this case you theoretically can.

The thin white to the monitor is too small for the protection device it's connected to and would likely melt in a fault situation. It needs to be supplied by a separate low current breaker.

That is an interesting observation. So another small breaker. 1A is probably the lowest available

I can't test dirrectly since I only have one coordinator and it's running Z2M but according to a HA community post it works with ZHA + custom quirks: community.home-assistant.io/t/configuring-custom-quirks/702753
