I have Verizon and I use a hotspot. I'm looking at getting starlink in the future. Also Verizon has a home Internet service that I know works but they say it's not available. It's definitely worth looking into

For us, we signed in March 2021 and we moved in May of 22. Just make sure if they do build your house make sure you tell them to put the septic tank in the front yard

@@chrisbravo313 What I pay and what you pay will be completely different. When I got my house I got it for about 70k less than they are selling them for now. And on top of that the interest rate has gone up. So unfortunately I can't help you with that. But you can go on Google and search for a mortgage calculator and put the cost of the house and the correct interest rate and that will give you a ballpark number
