Such a horrible lying company! Please don't make the mistake of purchasing from the Modular Kitchens department of Hippo stores. Also, don't purchase anything that needs their after-sales support and services. I was trapped into their horrible scam when I purchased 3 modular wardrobes of worth over rupees 2 lakhs from their Modular Kitchens department. Their chief designer and in-charge of the modular kitchens department, Sarika Chauhan, promised that the company provides a 10 year warranty card, support, and services after completion of the order. But after completion, they totally refuse to give me the 10 year warranty card, and any support. It seems like it's their company policy to lie about the 10 year warranty on Modular Kitchens and Wardrobes to trap customers who happen to buy from them. Also, they outsource the installation process of modular wardrobes to cheap unskilled carpenters who in the process damaged my house. Hippo stores don't even resolve issues through their customer care and they refuse to provide any after-sales support. Watch out guys! Hippo stores is a real fraud company and brand!
