Filling the humidifier chamber @ 6:15 , the announcer says, "Fill the chamber with cooled boiled water." The automated close-captions did not correctly interpret the announcer's words. The manufacture's directions state that the humidifier chamber should be filled with distilled water.
Same height is fine. There a heated tubing that helps eliminate any rain down. Water will stay warm and help with patient comfort. This video does not show the heated tubing. So this video does not show the main feature of how it helps the patient with therapy....
