Cerave hydrating is my fave cleanser too. And I have watery eyes also. Most annoying after you do eyeshadow and the water runs up into your eye crease and ruins everything. 🙄 And I get cheek redness too. Sometimes I'll use a green color corrector just on redness before going in with foundation.

Literally my watery eyes are 89% of the reason I stopped wearing makeup!! It's the worst and allergies have been awful this year!!

Have you tried the La Roche-Posay ultra light fluid sunscreen? It’s awesome. It’s as it’s name says, very light. It feels a little tacky like a normal sunscreen for a few minutes but then it will soak in nicely. I got it at Target as an impulse buy one day but I saw it at Walgreens too. Also. Just laughed at the “there’s no mirror in here” lol. And I never understand how Chicago can be so windy in the winter but in the summer, it’s not windy at all. Makes it even hotter out.

I know everyone says cleanser doesn’t matter, just use any gentle cleanser, but my skin never glowed either and I tried a lot of them. I paid for an assessment on my skin and the cleansers they recommended changed my skin. Skin glows after I wash it now. Image ormedic balancing cleanser. I dunno what magic is there, but I recently bought a few others to try including the cerave hydrating foaming cleanser. Skin looks dull again. Just repurchased the image one again. They also told me to double cleanse with it in the morning. Opposite of all the advice we get on cleansing. My skin is dehydrated, normal-dry and I never imagined a cleanser having such a positive impact on my skin. 🤷‍♀️

That SkinMedica moisturizer is nice! I also like their Essential Defense sunscreens. Have u tried the AlphaRet overnight cream from skin better science? Retinols usually irritate my skin but it does not!!

I have like 8 samples of the AlphaRet in my cabinet! I will give that a try, I've been a little scared it would irritate me so that makes me feel more confident to try. I LOVEEE the sunscreen, my friend let me try hers and I wanted to immediately purchase but I'm trying to use what I have before I buy (the struggle is real with that one 😂 )
