Sounds like Amazon is actually dead on with the hazmat stuff just going off what you said. smoke detectors contain cesium, a radioactive material Perfume is flammable Raid bug spray may or may not be hazmat depending on the specific chemicals used in it (the stuff for ants may use a specific chemical that is hazardous according to DOT), and your wipe new kits are classified as flammable liquids, as well as containing benzene. It's pretty impressive that Amazon knows enough about each product to be able to differentiate between the different types of raid, for example. A lot of other companies would just classify all raid as hazmat whether it was actually hazmat or not just to be safe, so Amazon is saving you time & money by being on top of things.
Thanks a lot for making this informative video. I have been wanting to find out how to do this. I appreciate you taking the time to make the video and show us how to do it. It doesn't seem hard and I hope to be able to do this soon. Keep making the great videos.
Hey Ash not sure if you remember me but we met in surprise at a garage sale I was having you bought a bunch of FBA products I was gonna send in. I have to move soon and have a bunch of Ebay n FBA products I need to sale. Let me know if you instrested and I can shot you some photos or even meet up with ya. Just get at me when you can thanks my guy hope to do business with you again 💯
Great video! I gave HD another shot and found something. Thanks to you. I found a profitable piece of machinery, and I removed all of the stickers because the box had multiple barcodes. My understanding is to cover all other barcodes so that when it's getting processed, amazon doesn't scan the wrong one. Did I misunderstand that part?
I need help !!! Lol. I started shipping to FBA and even though my items have been received and made available, I keep getting “search suppressed” on 1 particular item type. It says ” missing info”. I try to correct that, by entering a title and description, but eventually it comes back to “search suppressed”. I’ve even already received a notice from amazon telling me I have abandoned this item. I can’t seem to figure out what the problem is and how to fix it
Have the items sent back to u. Amazon constantly changes they restrict items all of a sudden or suppress them they say u can fix it but it never works. The listing itself will eventually just disappear.
You can look at the other sellers and see there price. Or if u are the only seller you can look up retail price. Or if it's a discontinued item u can basically set ur own price. It's totally up to u of course if ur the cheapest it will sell the fastest but u wanna make sure ur making money
Great video and I appreciate the easy to follow steps. When you select Amazon to do the bubble wrap and poly, do you actually wrap a breakable item when you ship?
Hi bro. I had a question: so i can send items bigger than thier 25 inch limit? This bush hedger i have is longer and box is shaped weird. Can i just slap the label on thier and send it?
I was going to mention that... that's one thing that changed recently. I was sending in my stuff anyway. But the last time I tried they sent me a warning if I did it again I could get suspended. U have to sell those yourself from home if you don't want to risk it
Follow up questions. Amazon prep has label fee and a fee to place the label correct? Thinking of doing prep on first shipment then focus on finding high margins to leave rooms for their prep fees. Which I have seen they charge fee for label, placement of label, poly bag, bubble wrap, so far assuming they have other fees as well.
Yeah so for them to label it there is 55 cent fee. Then the placement fee wen it gets to warehouse which is a few more cents ( I forgot to show that) then just the selling fee which is shown wen u scan the item. If ur item isn't selling then u have storage fees. They nickle and dime u to death. If u ship clothes u need polymailer or the charge u to do it or bubble wrap as u mentioned..... so yeah focus on high profit LOW ranks and u will be fine
Thanks so much for this video!!!! It's the best I've found so far! Save money on boxes by going to your local Dollar stores, they usually give boxes away for free! Also most Dollar General's have begun taking Fed-Ex drop offs for free!
That's true but my strategy in getting boxes at hd an lowes is I force myself to walk The aisles looking for clearance but yeah if ur just going for boxes that works. Or even if there r local recycle bins I use to get them there to
I found your video to be very informative .It would be awesome ,if you could do a continued version of other in's and it's of the selling platform. Maybe also how you get tips to find item's to sale. Also the way you are paid from Amazon and if you can go in and discount your price or if Amazon does that automatically. Maybe explain how you are taxed from Amazon to file taxes. How long amazon, holds your items in there storage. Thanks ,and continued great success with your business.
What happens when your customers decide to return a product? Does Amazon give you the option to dispose or resend back to the seller? How much of that eats into your margin? Does it spike during peak or is it consistent throughout the year?
I Just found your channel & WOW!.. Thank you sooo much, I have been thinking about doing this for a while. You make it seem so doable. I appreciate you explaining everything so well. I Look forward to part two.. hint hint :)
Really appreciate dat. Yes I'm a get to work on that there are SO many things to show. I do have a retail Arbitrage vid coming out in a few hours STAY TUNED!!! Thanks
@@ashmanresells5816 also example Pennington seed bottles by the time that the customer gets it i am assuming will be in a bag or a box. who gets those bottles and puts them in the box or bag?
@@agentelopez82 ok I gotcha. So wen u send it in they scan it put on the shelf when. It sells amazon pulls it bubbles It and boxes it up. All u gotta do is get the inventory to them and they do the rest of the work
Wen u scan it. It will say restricted if u cant sell it. Now things change daily I have bought sellable items only for a week later it be changed to restricted
I have a question! Since you are selling items already listed so you have your own listing of the same item or are you just “adding stock” to a main listing on Amazon and like “in-line” for when someone buys it for Amazon to ship your product?
So your going to have your own listing you can see under your inventory tab where u can change price or add pics if u want delete the item...... but wen it's for sale you will just be added to the list of sellers from the customer perspective. Does that help?
Do you every have issues with getting your products to sell? Maybe because there are too many sellers for that product? Do you ever have to pay for advertisements or anything like that to get sales up?
From time to time issues arise but overall as long as the rank is low reviews r good products move. I had where I send it in no sales for 2 months then I sell out in a week. Just weird sumtimes
Love it!!! Haha that’s how we weigh our dog haha Have you ever thought about creating and selling a course about this? I would buy it in a second! Definitely something to think about. 😊
@@sitterfo oh I'm not that smart. Took me hours to figure out how screen record. But if u can sit thru the commercials on vids that help me out. Put a few pennies in my pocket lol thx
Great educational video.. HOW do u or resellers that do FBA handle Returns,, does the item come back to u, and then is it considered Open Box in the event customer did open the item??? Thanks again.
If u send new item customer opens you have 2 options let amazon dispose of it. Or have item returned to u. Upon inspection u can then send it back to Amazon under a different condition
@@ashmanresells5816 thanks for the reply. IF u choose for Amazon to destroy it, does that mean u lose all gains?? And once again, great educational video.. 👏
@@WhatHavU if u choose dispose it's a 100% loss but for me unless it's a big time item I will dispose I just like to keep moving forward to the next item. But customers will screw u over badly cheat the system buy ur new item send there old item back as the return. Just part of the game
wen u scan an item that and it shows fees for that particular item that is the fees in total for that item...... now if it doesn't sell and sits in warehouse for months there will be an additional storage fees applied
😂 I just asked you how you do this shipment to amazon in another video. Ignore my previous comment bro. The only question I have is, I have 20 king size mattresses, according to this video, It will cost me at least $60 shipping cost for each mattress which is a no no I think, what do you think and what advice could you give me. Thanks. Keep up the great work and good luck
U do not need the original box example u can ship in a DVD player without the original box sell it as used. Unit only. Or an alarm clock u can just send in the unit and sell it used
the terminology u use for some terms, like fba, understanding of the inventory lab, the buying & selling part i got but how to place amazon is a little strange to me because i just can't get the computer part right. a little slow on that, i watch everyday, all day, ur the first brother i've seen do this, so keep up the good work
Appreciate dat. Ok I got u.fba..... stands for (fulfilled by amazon)... in my future video I will do more breakdowns in certain areas. Appreciate u watchin
U can dispose of it thru amazon or have it shipped back. There's no time limit. But that's y u look at the rank and reviews b4 u purchase u buy the right stuff. It sells.
The part where I was scanning with my phone, top left hand corner there is a number. That's the rank the smaller the number the faster it sells. #1 rank means it will sell instantly. If the rank is 1million that means very very slow seller
@@ashmanresells5816 Thanks man . I think I was only allowed to sell pesticides but because these foggers are Propellants I’m joining the waitlists. Cheers man
