Why do they build the homes so close together? They are in the middle of the desert...plenty of room. Your a good agent, most don't explain the important things about buying a home like you do...great job

Builders do that everywhere. Here in Miami the new homes are even closer. The closer the homes are, more homes can be built in a development which leads to more homes to sell and make $$$.

I like how the title of the video says the house is priced at $394K, but he immediately says that the house is in a bad location and that almost everything in the house has been upgraded. So, basically, this specific house will really be priced at a minimum of $475K and the resale "value" of the house will be terrible. This video was a 21:52 waste of time!!! 2 thumbs down!!!

The rooms are so TINY. This makes me really appreciate what I have even more. My home may not be a brand new one but it has large bedrooms and open planning. :-) Edit: By the way I totally LOVE how Chakits explains what we are seeing and what we need to look for in a home. I would definitely call this guy if I was looking to purchase another home.

Another great video...I learned so much about what I need to look for in buying a house which most people DO NOT discuss or even want to talk about. My biggest problems with these homes where ever you go...the darn doors are too small or the stair cases are too narrow. How are folks supposed to get their furniture into the house or change appliances without destroying your walls.

I am loving the bottom floor to this home even the outdoors I can deal with the bedrooms are really kind of small upstairs but doable overall very nice song I’m with you on that check it’s a makes me happy that’s like porn when you see good stuff like that so thanks for sharing this home. You're talking about running extra phone and cable jacks, but you're missing a big one. You want Cat 5/6 Ethernet to every room, and also to every place you might want to put a security camera. it should be run to a central closet where you'll have your high speed internet connection from the outside brought in. You can put an Ethernet switch there and a security DVR.

I like the house, but too close to the neighbor, you can see that one of the bedroom window sees directly to your neighbor. You can play Romeo and Juliet. They're too close

Amir Khan Not triggered at all. My point is that, this guy (Chakits) works extremely hard to give us quality detailed information and videos on homes we may want to go see or that we are curious about every week and then you get some English major on here that wants to correct him about saying “an upgrade vs., “a upgrade.” Lol just seems petty and baseless compared to what he gives us. I’ve personally gone to see model homes based on his videos and the last thing I care about is his mistaken grammar. I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt though that you were trying to be helpful.

If I correct a minor grammatical mistake and people like you deem me English major, then I feel very saddened for the level of education you've been exposed to. If you are overly impressed by his content to the point where you will become a guardian for it in the comments section, then why not donate some $$$ for his channel or use him as an agent in your next real estate transaction
