Wow! I love all the sliding doors that allow the outside in. 😍. The staircase bannisters are nice but if it were my home I’d spring for some fancy wrought iron. 🤤I think that look is very smart/stylish. While I prefer a separate tub & shower I could probably quickly get used to the wet room in the master. It sure would be a show piece for close friends & family. This house resonates with my ❤️. The best part is that view from upstairs at every angle. Plus the sliding glass doors giving that open feel. But that game room is so small it's just wasted space. I'd have the high balcony connected to the master suite instead. Oh & congrats on your 21k subscriber s

Wow...very spacious and open.This home could easily be converted into 5/6 bedrooms. I would put several huge cannabis plants, in the back yard and use the one part of the garage for an indoor, cannabis grow tent. Definitely another of my favorite 4 BR homes! Thankx 4 sharing!!

Great video. It's cool to see this house in other areas of town. My wife and I just bought this model in Summerlin and I can tell you the upgrades are far better. The game room in this model makes no sense at all with the wall being there so we had that removed and it's a game 'loft'. Still opens into the balcony like this model. Also, the grandma's suite is unnecessary unless you really must have privacy. It's so close to the actual kitchen. We opted for a guest room and turned half of that grandma's suite into the dining room. No need for that bathroom in the Great Room either. The guest bathroom is right next to the Great Room. As for the party shower you are right on the money. I've never seen anything like it. Great addition. As for the sliding glass doors, they used to be bellowed, but there was some kind of injury pertaining to them and they had to go with those. IMO, it looks much better this way. One more thing, that theater room is way off. The ones over here have a 'rise' that actually makes it look like a theater. Those cabinets beneath that TV must seriously go as it compromises the size of the TV you would want to get. Will definitely get a 'like'.

Hey Chakits all these beautiful homes I am looking at I got to wondering with the high high ceilings if these communities have someone to come in and change light bulbs way up high. And some of the very high inside windows, does someone come wash them too?

Great master bath . I make a mess when I bath and shower. It’s all in one so I don’t have to mop.

I'd make the game room into the theater. It's long enough for 3 rows of stair/elevated seating. Then have a bar in the big balcony adjacent to it. So the whole area would be for entertainment. I wish more builders would make a retreat in the master's bedroom. I agree that the tub in the shower enclosure is a good idea. If water splashes, it stays in the bath area. I'd add a wand to the tub and not just have a faucet. That same wand could have an attachement on the wall near the tub, essentially making it have 2 shower heads. Keep the videos coming. 👍

Wow I’ve been sketching out what my ideal house would be and this house matches like 95%. Like you said that master bath is like house porn. The only thing I wish was different is I don’t like the kitchen island, probably because how off center the sink looks. But other than that, seriously a dream house. Edit: and I definitely agree I would want to open up that game room so it’s more like a loft that’s open to the living area

I do like the shower & bathtub in one enclosed area but the tub doesn't look long enough for someone tall. Needs more shower heads.

Now I don't have to drive everywhere to check out models. Sometimes you need to slow down a bit, but for the most part you are awesome. To help us, at end of video, Please mention sq. footage, name of builder, model name, and "base" price before options...sometimes you give info, but not always.

How much are the property taxes? How much are the gas and electrical monthly bills? Also do ya have houses exactly like this in Texas?

Yes love that bathroom concept.I ive in London in a tiny flat which doesnt cost much less than this.I dont own it but I cant believe what the same amount of money can get you in different places mind you I dont have to worry about scorpions or rattlesnakes so there is that but then im thinking the sunshine would make that risk worth it

I was wondering chakits, are the model homes usually sold first ? If so it is typically cheaper for the buyer to buy the model homes with all the upgrades since the home will be used for a while before they can move in. Does the builder give them some type of discount because of that vs someone actually getting it built from scratch with the same upgrades.

The only thing missing is a pool, beautiful house but a bigger yard it would make it more beautiful.

You know not for nothing, I have to keep it real for a minute. I have never been to Vegas. I've lived in the Midwest, Westcoast and the Eastcoast. I've lived in new and old. Seen new facade and old. But I have to say I get a strange feeling about Vegas. It looks barren to me like a moonscape. Yes, I understand the whole dessert look and all. My mother lived in Arizona but Vegas is more moonscape looking than Arizona. It just looks lonely. You need a partner to be living out there. Some of these communities look EMPTY! They look like I'd be the only one living there and I watch way too many scary movies to be living out there by myself. They'd find me in the attack clinging on to a two-by-four or something. Hmmmmm? Maybe in a couple of years.

Congrats on 21k subscribers!! Although I liked the house from yesterday a little better, this one is quite nice! I liked the kitchen pantry...great size... the Kitchen island is good, it works well for that space, which means the kitchen itself is a little smaller but thats okay as nothing seemed out of place. The upstairs was well done. Hey Chakits... why didn't step on that cockroach?? Seriously though... where's there's one, there's a 100... pest control needed. Another great showing, Chakits!
