@@vampire9089 HOA is an acronym for Home Owner's Association. Which in short is a group of people in your neighborhood that will regulate and serve certain rules pertaining to your neighborhood. You would possibly subjected to pay fees to the HOA and even fines if you break the rules.

I live in a house almost like this one. My family house was built in 1988. My house have a smaller yard with a awkward shape pool. So, I'm definitely are looking for a modeling home. Don't get me wrong, this house is beautiful, but it's reminded me of my home.

the fruit is pomegranate...and the thing in the dining room is a stained glass window I like the home a lot. I don't think it s a bad price, because not only are you getting an awesome master, a beautiful kitchen and the great room (with the wood and stone work) is fantastic... you are getting that gorgeous backyard. And that game room is a nice bonus. I don't think much, IMO, needs updating... I would take the carpet out of the master bath and put in tile or stone. Perhaps some paint for colour. Just because its built in the 80s doesn't mean it needs massive updating... but I guess vanity for people who just have to have everything updated to tomorrow's standards will win out . Not my style of home because all I thought was all of the remodeling that would need to be done. However, I love that you showed the home because of its vast amount of space and its potential. I was in love with the back yard!!!

It needs a full makeover. I won't get into renovating the central fireplace since there are a dozen ways to approach that, but all the finishes need to be updated and the sunken living room needs to be filled in. They also should replace the windows to the backyard with a fully retractable window wall. Last, they need an outdoor kitchen with an outdoor dining area. With that, they can sell it for top dollar (ie. $1.8M).

Love the pool having ramp down into pool. The carvings on doors and such is very cool. House is outdated (fan of nickel/stainless steel instead of brass) but they did update some of house nicely.

that all greenery looks so good, that what i missing in other videos with new houses. When entering and first half bath's sink is amazing, my favorite thing. Maybe least favorite is title and wood floor combination in living room, it looks the worst XD

Totally Loving this house... Love the ALL windows view Living Room, love the Big Backyard, ceiling fans, pool, jaz, Huge Living Room, Double French Doors and the Dual different Design front side and back side...NO HOA, it means Extra $$ save every month and YOU can Modify your home without voiding your warranty. Remember, HOA Fees will go up in the Long Run... Absolutely HATE the Fireplace in the Center of the Living room, made that area smaller and IF there's no Fireplace in the way you can actually have an indoors Wedding or Bingo game night. The pool area looks beautiful and the miniature golf/lawn is nice... I can see myself Living in a house like this "IF".... #1 i can overcome the LAS VEGAS HEAT, Hot as Hell or Close to Hell... #2 if i can overcome NOT having a Circular Driveway w/water fountain in the Front

While this home is nice, it does need some updating that will affect the final price, IMHO. With all the new homes coming up, I think this home will not sell well. The market in Vegas is booming and there is so much choices out there. But, thank you for keeping my dream, still alive.

My background is Persian and Pomegranates are considered the Persian fruit. lol As a kid i would (take the cold fruit out of the fridge) press and squeeze it until it would feel like a squeeshie ball (this way i didn't have to deal with seeds inside though people don't seem to mind them) and i would put a small cut in the skin and drink the juice right out of the fruit. Very refreshing and full of antioxidants! ... so short story long, it's a Pomegranate tree lol (rare tree and expensive fruit, they go for as much as $5 CDN each to as low as 2 for $5 again Canadian currency. I'm from Toronto so prices may differ in other parts of the world)

that's a pomegranate tree. we used to pick and eat those while waiting for the school bus as a kid. be careful when eating those tho, it stains ur clothes. we'd throw the seeds too at eachother, especially if u were wearing white shirts :)

The color wiindow is a Vitraux, still its real but seems its modern due the colors being so sharp, if was old usually looks more faded. still beautiful anyway.

Wow..this property is Boss..the only things that I would change is new toilets, put in artificial turf, do solar heat for the pool..also make the pool into a saltwater pool and install vessel sinks in the bathrooms..

Pomegranate tree Chakits . I love Pomegranate . Salmon color tub of any kind is fugly imo .lol Even though its style is dated it's still very nice . I might do something different with the work out room and maybe do a bathroom if I were building this floor plan . the Balcony screams I need a grill... in my mind . lol

For that price is it a great home i think, a few thinks need to be chanced. From the bedrooms upstairs i will make 2 of 3 with own bathrooms. So i will change the windows into sliding windows till the floor. Kitchen need a good modification. I will build a extra garage in the backyard for motorcycles. Place enough.

This house definitely needs a lot of upgrades, I am not a fan of carpet in the bathroom ( yuck). However this home has potential. I know I’m like 2/3yrs after this video was originally posted. I’m curious how long it took them to sell this house and what it looks like now.

Pomegranates grow surprising well in the desert. House is not my style, but like *WOW* it is fab. I really would not update a thing in it. Keep it period, nothing wrong with the 80s except for all that hair on people. Too much *hairspray*. The grass would be a bit over demanding and some of it I would replace with the crunchy rocks, leaving some green belt area.

I would change the livingroom, the layout is awkward. I think a full view of the backyard would look better, that big, bulky fireplace needs to be moved, and the floors needs to be one level so the room would have a better flow. Everything else could be change later....just needs a little updating. Its a beautiful home. The backyard is very tropical.
