The vocals are so incredible it's easy to just focus on them, but take a moment or two to appreciate the videography as well. Their videos are really well done, with great stories and excellent camera work. For example, this video was done with only 3 extended cuts. The first shot goes from the beginning until his wife gives the "absent-minded smile."

Yeah I knew you were going to freak out when you saw Avi. Home Free did a cover of Johnny Cash's Ring of Fire which featured Avi. Please react to it when you have the chance. I believe these guys meet Avi through the reality show The Sing-Off, but I could be wrong about that. Pentatonix won season 3 of the show and Home Free I believe won season 4. Pentatonix would often return as musical guests on the Sing-Off and that may be how they met. Also I am still waiting for you to start reacting to Pentatonix on the Sing-Off. You get to see how they all started together, because they didn't know each other at all and finally met the day before the audition for the show that they would end up winning and the rest is history.

DO Legacy Yes! Castle On The Hill. The newest member of the group, Adam Chance, takes the lead, and that last verse, he really belts it out. Sexy! I sing to their version of "How Great Thou Art". I'm a soprano, so yep, I'm an octave above Austin. Tim...a couple of octaves above. They filmed that video in like Finland or some such. I don't remember, but it's in some beautiful green mountain tops. "Oh Lord my God, when I in awesome wonder, consider all the universe display."........... You know the rest. Yeah, you'll sing with them, and it won't matter if you sound good or are off-key. It's just so perfect. You are gonna need to watch it at least twice in a row to get the full effect. Speaking of "full effect", I am going to have to agree that the next song you react to is "Misty Mountains". It is just Tim and a gent named Peter Hollens. He likes to do videos where he sings several parts of harmony, and then sings with them. He shows himself singing the harmonies is little boxes. With Tim, on this song, they both sing a few different parts. No one could have been a better choice to collaborate with than Tim, with respect to this song. I saw your comment on flying with a cold and having bad ear problems. I'm a touring musician for the last 15 years and have the same problem. Here's what I have had good results with. Take an antihistamine (Sudafed) 1/2 hour before flight, during flight don't drink alcohol, chew gum and every now and then open your mouth as wide as you can. Man, this must sound silly, but really works! It's got me through many times. Good luck to you and your beautiful spirit!

I subbed because I love Home Free and 2 reaction videos of yours have popped up, I checked out some of your stuff and I like. Please do "Story of my life" or "Butts remix" next. They do some funny and more serious songs too. The "Ring of Fire" has a calypso beat to it (thanks Adam Rupp-beatboxer) and features Avi in it too. Home Free's bass is Tim Foust and he's amazing with the low notes too (so 2 bass guys in that video...awesome!).

Hi Dee , While flying, Chew gum. the chewing action will help equalize the ears natural equalizing mechanisms much faster then not chewing. also the swallowing action will help in the same process. get like an Orange juice to drink. I noticed this is an older video so if still jet setting this may help. I Miss the home free Fridays.
Chew gum when you fly. It'll keep your ears from popping and relieve the pressure. I've never been on a plane before, but I've heard people who have suggest that before. I know from personal experience that it also works when driving up mountains. Have fun!!! 😃
Well I dont know about flying. Been on one flight in my life but I know about driving through mountains and chewing bubble gum seems to help with the pressure.
Dee: Hey , When flying have a pack of chewing gum in pocket. In flight chew some gum. The chewing action will help equalize air pressures quicker in your ears. With cold or not it will help.
Just for future references: When you're feeling yourself get sick, get zinc tablets (50 mg is fine) and take one three times a day. Make sure you don't take anything with citric acid (vitamin C) within 45 minutes of it, but after that, take a 500 mg of Vitamin C. Drink plenty of water as well. Do this for 2-3 days and it'll kick that crap right out. Even if you're traveling, this is helpful also because you won't get sick when you're on the planes, either. Rest easy!
Sorry about your ears! If the blockage is minor there are a few things you can do to try to clear it. Check out www.wikihow.com/Unclog-the-Inner-Ear-or-Eustachian-Tube. But careful here... the air pressure ones can hurt your ears if you are too forceful on the pressure. Easy does it. Two things I do (diving and flying) are both really bad with stuffy eustachian tubes. If the "maneuvers" described above don't work I sometimes take a prescription decongestant (the OTC stuff doesn't help enough), but now we're wandering into medicine territory and that's really something you should discuss with a doctor.
