Listen to this song again and focus on the beat boxers in the back row. One Adam Rupp sounds so much like a drummer that you just ride him through the song without noticing that all instrumentation is coming out of his freaking mouth? The other guy back there is also, Adam, and he spits out a variety of sound effects while also having a fantastic vocal tone accompaniment.

The members of Home Free are: Tim Foust (the bass guy you commented on, he has a five octave range) Rob Lundquist (the one that looked like Dexter in the front (glasses, bushy beard)) Austin Brown (other lead, red ish longer hair, sings higher) Adam Rupp (beat boxer, the man is a human drum) Adam Chance (known as Chance). He has a four octave range and sometimes does bass when Tim goes higher. This is totally acapella, ZERO instruments. Other videos you may want to examine: The Butts Remix (if you are ever in a bad mood, this will make you laugh) In The Blood (showcases Tim more) Mayday (Tim goes higher, Chance takes the Bass part) Can't Stop The Feelin (Austin and Rob take lead here though we get some of everyone). Tim has gone so low he's blown out sound systems before (there is a video of his range). Adam (beat boxer) has his own showing a solo from him that will make you reconsider what may be possible with a voice. Ok so Home Free is pure accapella. The bass is Tim Faust, he actually has a 5 octave range and can sing the lower end of *tenor* as well as super low bass. He proves it in their cover of 'Mayday' by CAM. Now, I would actually wait until you've seen a few other songs from these guys _before_ reacting to Mayday. My suggestions for what you do next is these guys covers of, 'Thank God I'm A Country Boy', 'In The Blood', 'Can't Stop The Feeling' or their song 'Champagne Taste On a Beer Budget' which is an original actually written *by* Tim Faust.

IMO, nothing will ever replace the original magic from hearing Boyz 11 Men sing this masterpiece, & I am so happy that Home Free, was able to keep the original integrity of the song, yet still inject a little of their own magic, allowing us, to fall in love with it, all over again 💕 I don't believe any other group, other than Home Free, could have pulled this off 💕(((Really enjoyed your reaction)))

I love your reaction. Your expressions said it all and I would love to see you do more Home Free. I bet you would love Die A Happy Man, which features a lot of the low notes. Love Train, a 70's hit, is fun and has a great vibe with Home Free's unpretentious dance moves and fan videos. In addition to tons of talent, these guys also can be really funny.

They're all amazing, but Rob, the lead on this one, is easily one of the most expressive singers I've seen in my life. I would watch the video of Tim's range after you go through a few videos, and definitely make sure you watch their version of 'All About That Bass' and their country fried pop medley, and if you want to hear the beatboxer sing. (nope that's not a drum kit hehe he has 'drum' solos all over youtube if you're in doubt) Helplessly Hoping is one of my faves. Man of constant sorrow live if you want to hear a 'harmonica' duet, and 9 to 5 live for an extra special treat.

They did an incredible cover of Love Train by the O'Jays. I'm partial to that cover because the O'Jays are from my hometown and alma mater. They are country singers, but they always respect the artists that they cover by not changing the songs a lot. They did Blue Ain't Your Color by Keith Urban and it's the only one that's choreographed. Even though it's a country song, however, their moves are a nod to the Temptations/ Motown

Tim Foust, their bass didn't even get close to his basement on this one. He is amazing and obviously left you wanting more, oh yes. Welcome to the Home Fries (Home Free's fans). Each of the guys is amazing in their own right, and you HAVE to watch lots of their vids because each song they do, shows another bit of their talents. Keep Home Free coming. And Tim does "Your Man" and kills it. (he did it live in a concert and blew out the sound system on his low notes) They are a country acappella group (absolutely no instruments except for their voices, no matter what you think you hear lol) but they can do any genre (even though it will have a touch of country in the feel) The Butts Remix is a hoot (a mash up of country, pop, rap and hip hop), Country Fried Pop Medley gives you a taste of what they can do. Welcome to the world of Home Free!! They truly are amazing! Although they are a country a cappella group, they perform a wide range of music. A great song they cover called Hillbilly Bone by Blake Shelton really showcases Tim’s voice! Also, Misty Mountains by Peter Hollins features Tim and you’ll be able to feel his bass on that one!!! rofl welcome to home free... the gentleman singing the low notes (for the most part) is mister Tim Foust, and for him, thats really not low.... lol the man covers 5 octaves with his voice. The song you mentioned 'baby lock the doors and turn the lights down low' is your man by josh turner. They do a cover of it, and yes Tim sings the opening and most of the song, they have also performed live with him as well :) Tim is a Bass/baritone, the man can literally play a bass guitar with his voice lol. The other singer that was filling in some low notes is Mr Adam Chance, he is a Bass/baritone (the group has been crosstraining each other, example the beat Boxer Mister Adam Rupp has been teaching the other 4 how to do it, they do a beat box off in a version of 9 to 5 where they have all 5 of them beat boxxing in it lol.... Loved the reaction, unfortunately, you have done home free now, your channel will be swarmed with new subscribers and we will probably pester you to do home free reactions alot. (politely of course.) Since you like low notes, i would suggest ring of fire (the live sing off version 1st then the version they did after with Avi Kaplan from pentetonix.) Really enjoyed your reaction......BTM fans seem to enjoyed HF's take on it It's so similar, yet a bit different; believe that was the intent! Home Free done an absolute fantastic job with this with an amazingly smart arrangement. The bass/baritone and tenor harmonies by the one and only Tim Foust (the bass solo you commented on) ---- Also known as the SuperBass of HF ....... the addition of (Adam) Chance as baritone has been phenomenal since he is bass also (quite a range there too, it's good). As in this ( and many recently; well, since he's been added [in place of ChrisR) performs the bass line and singing bass at the end. Does an exceptional job. So HF has two bass' and they switch it up a good bit. Chance has really developed, well - more correctly "honed" his bass with a more rich deep volume -- so well that sometimes it's hard to determine whether it's he or Tim!!! Tim has the super low covered in all aspects; and damn is it good. Adam Rupp the beatboxer --- he's a freak........ requires no oxygen while on stage and rarely takes a break...... Think he may be the best in the world. Rob L and Austin B are the tenors (all can perform flawless tenor, even Adam R)...... Some sick ranges for all of them --- making harmonies unmatched of any genre! Like to see more HF reactions
