I grew up on classic rock & am a big fan of the Doobie Brothers & had their albums. "Listen To The Music" was a big hit for them back in 1972. Love that Home Free is keeping this great music alive & introducing it to the younger generation. The guys did a really nice job of this song. Austin was great for the lead & loved the background harmonies of Rob, Chance & Tim's bass. Adam killed it on the vocal percussion again. He always comes up with some new & interesting sounds.

Home Free took this classic from The Doobie Brothers, put their own "twist" on it and came up with a masterpiece!!! Home Free is "The Bomb" Vocal Band!!! They have the "Midas-Touch" because everything they sing seems to turn into gold!!!

Hi, First you two like Music as much as me and you are crazy too LOL. This song, if you don't know, is done by the Doobie Brothers, which my friend is their Guitar Tech, and they have many good songs but my favorite is "Black Water" released in 1974
Think of it this way the same effects that were supplied for the guitars were applied to the vocals like phasing and echo and reverb which might make it difficult to reproduce in live shows but with todays programmable boards maybe not.
Missed MLD , I Apologize for not talking sooner . My mother passed away on Thursday June 13th at about 230AM . I had to fly to Virginia for the funeral. Back in Texas now , enjoying this reaction .

Their great and everything, but the Doobies are the Doobies, I don't enjoy this one bit! Maybe if they were great musicians I might think otherwise. Until people stop using auto tune, and start to be musicians and vocalists at the same time I have no time for them!
