Would buy an entire album of you guys doing sea shanties. I can't even count how many times I have watched this.

Do you realize how many parents and we grandparents you have saved from baby shark.??!!Young ones love this and so do we. Very uplifting and even educational. Watching toddlers trying to stomp and clap at the same time. You create many smiles. They beg for it.

My dad is a retired Captain, spent his life on the seas. He set his final sail earlier this month, great departing song for him. Sail forth pa, till we meet again.

Adam's beatboxing was completely insane. He took it to a whole another level. I did not even recognize Austin's voice in this. He went into full stage musical acting mode. Tim was hilarious dressed up as Capt. Jack Sparrow. I wonder what the neighbors thought seeing a pirate outside and it isn't even Halloween? And Rob, he really did a nice twist to his mustache. Overall, it was completely entertaining and the harmonies on point as only HF can do them.

Tim barely moving besides his mug and his insanely low tones just below everyone else’s voices adds so much to this. This whole thing was so amazing.

Everything on sailing ships back in the day was done by hand and needed sometimes over a hundred men working together as one. Sea shanties grew because is was a way to keep time and also to 'give heart' and distract from what was often backbreaking work. For example on warships such as HMS Victory it required up to 144 men to raise the anchors. Often a 'fiddler' would sit atop the capstan to play a shanty for the men to work along to! I just wish they would do longer or complete versions of these songs, such a truly evocative and amazing performance.

I'd pay money for an album of sea shanties from these guys.

I need to have a full version of EVERY single one of these songs. You guys unique take on these songs is so astonishing. I find myself coming back to listen to these short versions instead of the pre-existing full versions by other creators. Please give the people what they want. From taking a small glance at the comments, it's great to see that I'm not the only one who shares this enthusiasm. Edit: Clicking 6 on the keyboard perfectly replays Santiana for its enthusiasts, myself included.

I know, I'm late to the party, but this is still great! It's about time that these kind of song reapear. I still know some of them from my childhood.

The eagle-eyed would notice that Rupp has a prop with each shanty: a tankard, a rum bottle, a skull, loot bags (at least I think and at least one), and a chalice in that order.

It's strange how many times I get drawn to search out these guys just for an uplifting song . And as I work through what playlists I can find I am not disappointed. Tim has an amazing range and boy I never knew a bass could go as low as he has . It's great as a group they compliment each others abilities so well and just blend brilliantly.

It's rare that 2nd grade loves anything because they're like, way too cool and mature to like music class and sing and stuff. So thank you!!!" Thought that compliment was worth passing forward! Not to diminish their voices since being impressed by singing is a baseline for groups like this, but the editing and logistics behind that video were absolutely stellar. They combined some of the most popular sea shanties into one Medley. Beginning a new song was seamless and introduced a different person of the cast as the main singer. At the beginning, they edited together the screens appearing according to the beats.

The harmonies are heavenly. And the bass really brings everything together. This song is actually quite lovely

Clearly, this music makes me want to jump, sing and dance! A rhythm not to stop, by heart in the car I go in rehearsal so much it gives me a good mood. I already listened to it by chance on RU-vid 2 years ago and it had given me the same joy. Excellent Job

Now I'm laying on the floor of my living room with my baby girl and she's smiling while we listen to your songs. She gets calm and concentrate while listening to two to three songs and than plays happily while listening to every other song that comes. I feel like Adam isn't getting enough love on this one. Holy crap dude, this was fantastic. Tim is killing the bass as usual and everyone is wonderful, but this is a LOT on Adam to pull all of it together into something cohesive, IMO. Phenomenal job, especially with the castanets at the end. Absolutely unreal!!
