Austin did justice with this old Percy Sledge original. Recorded during Covid shut down and they all recorded from home. Austin recorded this in the studio.

Never really liked this song. Still don't like the song, BUT the boys killed it. Perfect backing harmonies, exceptional vocal percussion and Austin just flying off into the stratospnere like it's normal. Ha!

Percy Sledge was the original artist. Austin (lead here) and Adam(beatboxer) killed it. This was done during Covid so I thought the use of tvs was clever. So good. Good reaction Dad and I subscribed.

Austin was born to sing a song like this. Also, this was done during lock-down. Their beatboxer is world-class. He sounds like a complete drum kit!

Austin did a fabulous job of this classic song. Loved Percy Sledge's version, but this was taken to another level. I think it is also better than Michael Bolton's version. And remember this was done during quarantine, so the guys weren't even together. The backing harmonies are great, along with Tim's bass. And Adam's vocal percussion is outstanding. Drummers have often commented on just how realistic his sound is. This is why these guys are my favorite a cappella group.

Austin nailed it. He gives himself completely here and also plays very well with the cameras. The great harmonies, deep bass and the unbelievably freaking good beatboxing/vocal percussion/vocal sounds finish it all off for me. I think it sounds perfect because of all the different beautiful voices. I grew up performing Percy Sledge which I already loved. Then came Michael Bolton's performance where I couldn't say it was better. But this one from Home Free certainly is.

I've always loved the late Percy Sledge's original (not so much Michael Bolton's - I thought it rather over-wrought). I think Mr. Sledge would approve of Home Free's version, it's easily as good as the 1966 original. The beatboxing, the harmonies and, of course, Austin tour de force singing were simply perfect. The original was sung by Percy Sledge in the 1960s. Austin was singing to his girlfriend who was in the studio just off camera. Those loving looks are genuine. This was another homfredian gem the Home Free men did during lockdown.

OK, you''ve got a new sub! The respect you show my favorite group here, Home Free, has won my heart! So do me a favor, and do a reaction to their cover of Listen to the Music. Then please react to Everybody Walking this Land. These men mean every word of that song! You have to hear it to understand. Some other ones I'd like to see your reaction to is Hillbilly Bone, the Butts Medley, Brother, My Church, and finally after all these, you will be ready for Mayday. Austin put his lovely lady Amberly next to the camera. So all those flirty looks were for her. If you watch the video for Brother you will see the beautiful lady and understand what inspired this performance. She is also featured in Between A Rock and a Heartache.
