This weeks video will be a home gym makeover where I show you our DIY workout room from start to finish. We weren’t originally anticipating putting a gym in our home but with how these past couple years have gone, we figured it would be a good investment. I’m super pumped (no pun intended... LOL) with how it all turned out and it just may be one of my new favorite rooms in the house! I really wanted a serene, calm, but yet motivating space we could do cardio, yoga, workout videos, and weightlifting in.
